the property was good in a good town.
it could have been a little cleaner. there were contacts on the bathroom floor and bugs hanging from the roof.

This hotel has a great country vibe with possibly the best food I've ever had at a pub. The staff can't do enough to help. It's in the centre of the small hamlet of Neerim Sth in a beautiful area. 6 x guys on a 10 day motorcycle, all loved it!

Good location in relation to hospital.
Lovely hot shower with good water pressure.
Although the room presented as 'clean' it had a stale body smell.
Meals were unavailable on a Monday evening and there was little alternative locally and no cooking facilities in the room. Although we were offered the use of the microwave in the hotel kitchen if we purchased food at the local IGA. Our stay was because of a local hospital early admission and hoping that by avoiding a 4.30 am 200km drive I would be well rested for the surgery. Not so.
Such a shame that the hotel isn't able to provide rooms specific for 'seniors' who require preadmission accommodation.
The location was very quiet. Dinner was exceptional. We didn't stay for breakfast due to an early departure.

New aircons worked brilliantly, and the new touches have definitely updated the room. Nice clean linen.
Room two had no smoke alarm.
And the shower curtain was mouldy.
It was close to everything in town.
We come up often really amazing place. Its our favourite staff and we have always been treated really well. Cant wait to visit again.
