A great place to shelter from the storm during the heavy rain storm.
Pros:

A lovely rural setting with a stand of native bush to look out at. Quiet and peaceful away from the maddening crowd.

Cons:

Would be good to have one fly screen on one of the windows so you can leave the window open at night for fresh air.

Quiet location and close to the main city with good road access.

Cons:

It was really hot, in the future it might help to have a heat pump. There was no cooking hob except a toaster and air fryer, a small electric hob would be great.
