Everything was very good, but I noticed one thing. In today’s era, with so much development, it is difficult to watch Netflix or YouTube when rooms don’t have smart TVs. They should have smart TVs in their rooms.

Pros:

The location was excellent, it was connected to the mall and several malls and many restaurants were within 5-10 minutes driving from the hotel and it was very convenient for my kids and the hotel itself was very convenient, clean, quiet with very friendly staff

Over all stay was good and enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with some different varieties. Location inside city and accessible to Al Wahda Mall.
Staff are hospitable with courtesy. They were polite and assisted our requests well especially Main Reception and Spa.

Cons:

Television is not functioning properly.
