Good location and polite staff.
unfortunately the room was not clean. The bed was made by pushing two single beds together, and the pillows were dirty and extremely uncomfortable.
After informing the management, the room was changed the next day, and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, we were not compensated for the first night despite the inconvenience.
Additionally, there was ongoing maintenance work and noise throughout the day. Although we were informed about this upon check-in, such information should have been clearly communicated in advance through Booking.com.
Overall, while the staff handled the situation professionally, the initial experience was disappointing.
