Palace fit for a King.!
Pros:

everything! its really a palace in the middle of a huge estate with everything you need.

Cons:

nothing. however, it is far from everything and you need a car to get around if you plan to go out of the porperty.

Pros:

سكنت في الفندق قبل سبع سنوات بالصيف. وسكنت فيه هذه السنة بالشتاء. لم يتغير جودة الاقامة من حيث نظافة المكان. واريحية الاسرة. وجمال الافطار. و الاهتمام بخارج المنتجع. وحسن الاستقبال والخدمة بشكل عام.

لاشيء.. الواجهة القزاز للغرفة تحتاج الى مزيد من التنظيف.

Horrible service and empty hotel !

Location and only 1 person at reception long hair guy forgot his name was very helpful

Service was horrible.
Sent email to reservation which never got answer until today !5 star hotel !called reservation and asked for rates he gave me higher rate even more than booking.com when I asked 10% discount as I got for last year stay because they gave to locals he immediately said RUDE we don’t have nothing like that ! I book from booking and went to hotel .

No facilities works empty hotel no guests 2-3 rooms and he acted like hotel is full and he can’t give me better rate as I was planning to get Villa !

Reception was insisting to charge me for extra bed however was free on booking.com confirmation I had to come to reception to show him so he accepts! Securty asking 4 different times are you staying here stopping my car ! When I said why you don’t have record of my plate number so you don’t stop me every time he said we don’t do this ! Approaching to car from passenger side !

Very rude talks ! Breakfast can’t bring oatmeal for kid before chicken nuggets! Many things to say just don’t wanna waste my time
