הניקיון בחדר היה לקוי מכיוון שהכל היה ישן - הזומנו מנקות לחדר שטענו שאין איך לנקות כי זה חומרים בלויים למשל הרצפה של המקלחת שהיה נראה רע מאוד

בתמונות לא מופיע שיש מדרגות בתוך החדר בגלל הגבהה של הגקוזי מה שגרם לנו לבעיה עם תינוקת שכל שנייה הייתה יכולה לטפס וליפול

מיטה לא נוחה.

الفندق ممتاز لكن هناك بعض الملاحظات المهمة التي يجب الاهتمام بها.
Pros:

المطعم ممتاز و العاملين فيه محترفين و الإفطار كان ممتاز و متسوى النظافة ممتاز جداً و الغرف مريحة ، بالإضافة إلى تنوع الأنشطة و بسعر معقول.

Cons:

بعض موظفين الاستقدام لم يكونوا محترفين كما كان متوقع ، على سبيل المثال كان هنالك موظف في الاستقبال شعره طويل لا أعرف اسمه كان يضكك بدون سبب واضح مما قد يعني عدم الاحترام و قلة الاحترافية.
بالإضافة لعدم كمال الجاهزية في إحدى الغرف عند تسليمها لنا ، حيث كان مخرج طاقة الكهرباء الخاص بغلاية الماء متعطل و فيه خلل ، و كان من المفترض فحص الغرفة و صيانتها قبل التسليم.

I like the hourse tour with uncle Mehdi he was so nice i appreciate his kindness. Also, Mama Azizah she was very kindness she welcome us with smiles and lovely words. The ducks near the lake were amazing too

I hope if you can do pest control at the area i know it is nature but as a place with a visitors and tourists should be better

Stunning property
Pros:

What is there not to like about this property. It is just stunning . I wish I had more days to spend and walk around the lake and the golf course . Beautiful, beautiful beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. Loved it .
