The customer services is like three star hotel not five star. If you want 3 star hotel experience this is the hotel. Value for money is not worth it pricey for no facilities and everything is chargeable except breakfast and dinner

הניקיון בחדר היה לקוי מכיוון שהכל היה ישן - הזומנו מנקות לחדר שטענו שאין איך לנקות כי זה חומרים בלויים למשל הרצפה של המקלחת שהיה נראה רע מאוד

בתמונות לא מופיע שיש מדרגות בתוך החדר בגלל הגבהה של הגקוזי מה שגרם לנו לבעיה עם תינוקת שכל שנייה הייתה יכולה לטפס וליפול

מיטה לא נוחה.
