What can I say about this resort and what more can I say about the staff in this resort . Absolutely beautiful resort .
I had a booking for 2 nights but once we went there due to bad weather we wanted to cancel one night . Samira the manager was the best ever manger . She personally came to see me and happily and kindly refunded me for one night , completely understanding what we wanted , reassuring us that she understands that the weather is bad .
Absolutely 1000 % I am coming back to this resort , but with good weather.

Very good place. Anyone coming to Quba must stay at this hotel. This hotel is a destination of its own. With a lake and a golf course inside, it’s a beautiful place. There are multiple activities a well. Such as swimming, gym, suana, hamam, shooting, fishing, and a lot more.
The washroom of the property were not clean as they should have been.

اشكر طاقم العمل فقد كانوا متعاونين جدا وأخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال ( اكشن ) واشكر إدارة الفندق فقد أرسلنا لهم اننا نحتفل بعيد زواجنا فتم ترقية الغرفة وإرسال كيكة هدية ..ومن أجمل الأشياء في هذا الفندق الإفطار فقد كان أكثر من ممتاز
المسبح الخارجي صيانة وكان فيه شي من الازعاج بسبب هذه الصيانة..عربة الخيل غير متوفرة
