Pros:

We had a problem with the room where the perfume scent was really oppressive and when we mentioned it to the manager he changed our room and even brought an extra bed to the other room. Very kind and responsive.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very quick and attentive.

Cons:

The pillows were very thick and too high, I ended up sleeping without them. Having said that, my husband found them very comfortable.

An amazing stay at this hotel
Pros:

Amazing stay at this property. The hotel manager Mirijan was juat amazing and went above and beyond for anything we needed .

Would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

Amazing customer service with lovely hot breakfast daily .

Perfecto para llegar a Tirana, dormir y seguir camino

Es todo un palacio, la habitación inmensa y el desayuno muy completo

Cons:

Aunque hay aire acondicionado, debería haber más ropa de cama para los que no nos gusta dormir con la calefacción y preferimos taparnos con una manta

Letto e cuscini comodissimi, 2 pavoni bianchi stupendi e personale amanti degli animali.

Cons:

La strada per arrivare non era bellissima, c'era odore di fumo nelle zone comuni e nelle camere.
