Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr ordentlich. Allerdings abgelegen was kein Problem darstellt wenn man mobil ist. Das Frühstück allerdings war sehr gut.

Cons:

Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts allerdings war es sehr ruhig auf Grund fehlender Gäste. Möglicherweise war deswegen das Personal auch eher gelangweilt.

Cons:

Le personnel de l’établissement qui ne parle pas un mot d’anglais ou une autre langue que l’albanais

services annoncés non rendus ( repas du soir, lit bébé dans la chambre, service de lavage du linge dans la soirée…)
disent oui à tout à 9h du matin mais 12h plus tard ils ne font rien de ce qu’ils ont accepté

le petit déjeuner censé être un buffet ne l’est pas car il y a trop peu de monde dans l’hôtel

les employés ne savent pas installer le lit d’appoint dans la chambre, il était sur 3 étages

il y a une très forte odeur de cigarette partout dans l’établissement mais particulièrement dans la chambre 300.

On entend très fort le bruit de la route juste à côté

il y a des gros insectes dans la salle de bain

le service de nettoyage du linge dont le prix n’avait pas été communiqué malgré une demande par écrit la veille à été sur facturé au prix d’une chambre (30€) sans aucun justificatif, détail, ni facture. On a du se contenter de « c’est le prix ».

on a été menacés par ce qui semblait être la patronne de l’établissement ( la seule personne qui parlait anglais )

De kamers waren erg mooi.
Gastvrije receptionist.
Ontbijt was erg goed.
Wij vonden Elbasan erg leuk en het hotel lag gunstig.

Cons:

Zonde dat er niet zoveel gasten komen.

Una joya a precio absurdo.
Pros:

Fue un puntazo, el desayuno incluido y las habitaciones con vistas estaban genial. El precio era absurdo para lo que te da.

Cons:

El personal no entendía muy bien, estaban confundidos con el precio que cobrarme y al cambio preferí perder algo de dinero pero ya acabar la conversación. También era un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero habían opciones cerca para cualquier cosa.

Pros:

Mijn dochter en ik waren de enige gasten in het hotel. Het is een groot hotel met een mooie inkom. Ligt aan de rand van de stad. Het is er wel rustig.

Cons:

De badkamer is niet onderhouden. De kastjes zijn uitgezet van het water. De douchebak is volledig vol roest. Toilet spoelt niet door.

Pros:

L’hotel non è male ma ,la camera aveva diversi problemi,bidet che perdeva acqua,luce sopra il lavandino non funzionava
Insomma non era proprio il massimo
Devo dire che il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile

Never again for me at that hotel
Cons:

That when I went there, even that I was having a booking and a price given, they tried to charge me more than double, only that they saw me speaking English with my colleague, they were so un-polite that they suggested that I share the room with my female colleague if I want to have it cheaper. I did book 2 rooms, but they wanted to give only 1 for that money, so I did not stay there.
