Perfect staff, perfect property
Pros:

We booked it at the last minute for our stay, literally surprised at the property considering the price we got. It was 1st January full of snow and all the hotels were completely booked. We booked this one as the few options available and were totally surprised; the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the people who are managing the hotel are extremely cooperative, Location is a bit faraway from Shahdag so it’s necessary to have ur own car if u r staying there

Not recommended
Pros:

Just fine enough to rest for a night if nothing else is available. Breakfast was served with set menu items. Location is fair as one would need a car to commute nearby places and attractions. There are no groceries or convenient store nearby.

Cons:

Not a family friendly environment, you need to be careful. The room was not ready though we've checked-in almost 3-4 hours past the promised check-in time. Bed is not comfortable. There were indecent product or left-overs in the room which the housekeeping didn't check to clear out.

Pros:

Добрый день , останавливались на 3 ночи . Гостиница расположена в удобном месте , рядом замечательные рестораны , на рецепшене доброжелательный сотрудник .

Cons:

Грязно, хотели в холодильник положить воду но не знали как это сделать , на столько он был грязный , такое впечатление что его не мыли с момента сдачи гостиницы , белье не свежее .

Superb
Pros:

Hotel outside of city center. Easy free parking just outside of the hotel. Very good breakfast, it's clean and room we had was very big. Excellent value for money. Personel spoke English (which is not obvious in hotels in Azerbaijan)
