Pros:

Villa 9 was big, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

In the room description was mentioned that kitchen is equipped with the all needed kitchen appliances but it was no any facilities to cook the food on the kitchen oven. It is strange when you have oven in the kitchen but there is no any stove or other appliances to cook the food we brought with us..

Pros:

Gözəl qonaqpərvərliyinizə, yüksək xidmətinizə və bizə göstərdiyiniz diqqətə görə otel rəhbərliyinə və xüsusilə Elmi bəyə ürəkdən təşəkkür edirik. Elmi bəyin mehribanlığı, səmimiyyəti və qayğıkeş münasibəti bizi çox məmnun etdi. Belə gözəl insanlarla qarşılaşmaq və otelinizdə xoş vaxt keçirmək bizim üçün çox dəyərli oldu. Hər şey üçün təşəkkür edirik.Otağa şirniyyat və meyvə göndərməyiniz, göstərdiyiniz diqqət və qayğı üçün təşəkkür edirik

Cons:

Sifariş etdiyimiz tort, təəssüf ki, gözləntilərimizi qarşılamadı. Narazılığımızı bildirməyimizə baxmayaraq, tortun qiyməti yenə də hesaba əlavə olundu. Bu məqam bizi məyus etdi

Pros:

Everything from arrival was awesome. Quick check-in, Mr. Elmi was very kind to assist during the stay and was very informative in explaining about the premise and it's facilities. He also provided discount card for all paid services which was really nice to have in the Intertainment and Spa.
There was a singer in the evening program which all guests enjoyed.
A nice complimentary fruits and sweets provided by Mr. Elmi showed exceptional level of hospitality by Basqal Resort and Spa

Cons:

It not about what I didn't like but rather a recommendation for improvement. The price for Karaoke room seems quite expensive and probably it was reason why it was empty.
I would also recommend to repair or replace billiard cue and balls as these accessories have really been depreciated and affect the game.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Basqal Resort & SPA. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere and is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

The facilities were another highlight, including the swimming pool, games rooms, and spa with massage services. There is plenty to enjoy while spending time at the resort, and the beautiful natural surroundings make the experience even more special.

We would especially like to thank Elmi for his warm welcome and kind assistance. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his support and hospitality.

Thank you for a memorable experience. We would happily return and recommend Basqal Resort & SPA to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

Pros:

Pros:
