Basqal Resort & SPA-da keçirdiyimiz istirahətdən çox razı qaldıq. Otaq çox təmiz, səliqəli və rahat idi. Səhər yeməyi isə xüsusilə xoşumuza gəldi — çeşid çox geniş və müxtəlifdir. Milli mətbəxdən olan yeməklər çox dadlıdır və keyfiyyətli, orqanik məhsullardan hazırlanır.

Qonaqlar üçün xüsusi kuratorun ayrılması da çox xoş oldu. Bizim kuratorumuz Aytac xanım idi. Çox gülərüz, qayğıkeş və diqqətli xanımdır. WhatsApp vasitəsilə tez-tez bizimlə əlaqə saxlayır, hər şeyin qaydasında olub-olmadığını soruşurdu. Hər hansı bir ehtiyacımız olduqda və ya nəsə çatışmadıqda, dərhal həll etməyə çalışırdı.

Ümumiyyətlə, otelin bütün əməkdaşları çox mehriban və qayğıkeş idilər. İstirahətimiz boyunca özümüzü çox rahat və xüsusi qonaq kimi hiss etdik.

A very family-friendly hotel with excellent service. Special thanks to our personal assistant, Elmi Bey, who made our holiday extra special.
The food was exceptional. The room was spotless, matched the photos perfectly, and had a beautiful view.

Cons:

The pool area could be improved. The chlorine smell was very strong, and the children’s pool was also being used by adults. Better monitoring would help ensure that the pool remains available for children.
