The hotel is new, clean, and fresh. Everything feels well-maintained and modern.

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide direct access to the SPA without having to walk through the hotel lobby. This would make the experience more comfortable and convenient for guests.

Excellent, surreal experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Next to the Basqal village. In the middle of nowhere. Peaceful quiet. Mr Orkhan assisted me throughout as others did not speak English. He took care of all/any requests I had.

I highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for just one wonderful day and booked three rooms for our local friends. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with all our requests.

A special thanks to Elmi, the Guest Relations Manager, who kindly arranged traditional Qutab for us even after the restaurant had closed. He was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.

I would also like to thank another Guest Relations Manager, whose name I unfortunately don't remember. He spoke excellent Russian and shared with us the moving story of his grandfather, who helped save many Jews during World War II. He also was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. My apologies for forgetting your name.

In addition, four adults from our group enjoyed massages at the hotel's spa, and the experience was absolutely amazing!

The breakfast was very good, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located in a beautiful green mountain setting with breathtaking views, modern facilities, and spotless, comfortable rooms. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.

The hotel building is beautiful, surrounded by great nature, and my room was incredibly spacious, bright, and clean. I also thoroughly enjoyed the spa; the facilities are excellent, and the spa staff were so caring and attentive. I also have to commend the dedicated guest relations representative, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the food, which did not reflect the overall caliber of the hotel. Breakfast was the biggest issue. The meals lacked basic freshness and flavor, and several hot food items were served cold. Additionally, the tea and coffee were of surprisingly low quality, lacking any fresh aroma or taste. Overall, the culinary experience was a significant letdown
