Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was always helpful and attentive to every detail.

A special thanks to Mr. Elmi for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His kindness and dedication truly made the experience even more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Basqal Hotel for a few days and absolutely loved it. I want to give a huge thank you to Elmi for making our stay so special.
Even before we arrived, he reached out to me to make sure everything would go smoothly. When we got there, he welcomed us so warmly and had already arranged two beautiful rooms with a stunning mountain view. Throughout our stay, he kept in touch, always checking if we needed anything — and always with a big, genuine smile.
It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about guests the way Elmi does. Because of him, our stay felt personal, comfortable, and unforgettable.
Big thanks to Elmi and the whole Basqal Hotel team — we’ll definitely be back.
