We stayed at Basqal Hotel for a few days and absolutely loved it. I want to give a huge thank you to Elmi for making our stay so special.
Even before we arrived, he reached out to me to make sure everything would go smoothly. When we got there, he welcomed us so warmly and had already arranged two beautiful rooms with a stunning mountain view. Throughout our stay, he kept in touch, always checking if we needed anything — and always with a big, genuine smile.
It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about guests the way Elmi does. Because of him, our stay felt personal, comfortable, and unforgettable.
Big thanks to Elmi and the whole Basqal Hotel team — we’ll definitely be back.

Замечательное место для семейного отдыха!
Pros:

Провели в отеле Basqal летние выходные, прекрасно провели время. Очень красивый отель, удобный номер со всеми удобствами.
Питание на завтраках было щедрое и разнообразное.
Хорошее Спа, очень понравился массаж.
Отдельную благодарность хотим выразить нашему ассистенту Емли, который сделал наше пребывание в отеле совершенно беззаботным и расслабленным!
С радостью будем возвращаться вновь и вновь.

Особо хотелось отметить работу Гюнель. Было очень приятно когда нам принесли торт от имени отеля на день рождения !
