The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and had air conditioning. The location is very central. The look of the hotel and the room could be described as traditional but you can tell that they take good care of it. The staff was very professional and helpful.

A great choice in Berat. Convenient location, attractive architecture, comfortable room, and very amiable staff who made us feel warmly welcomed.
My wife and I revisited this hotel after ten years. It was great then and is now even better - easily the best choice in Berat.
Friendly, professional and welcoming describes all the employees you will encounter here - they have all been working there for over ten years and know how to look after their guests very well. It was the first hotel in Berat after the fall of Communism and they work very hard to maintain their high standards.
The rooms are refreshed regularly so everything was in exactly the same perfect condition as when we visited ten years ago.
The breakfast is easily the best we have had in any Balkan country - plentiful fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs are the highlights a very wide selection of options, all high quality. Everything is served in their beautiful restaurant space overlooking the old town.
Fantastic value for the cost which is very reasonable by local standards.
The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the air-conditioning works perfectly and the showers are powerful and spacious.
The owner's wife runs a great shop over the road selling traditional crafts sourced from all over the Balkans.
