Na recepciji niso vedeli nic o nasi ze placani rezervaciji. Zeleli so, da se enkrat placava sobo za visji znesek. Trdili so, da moramo to razumeti, ker je s septembrom nastopil novi lastnik nastanitve in naj oni ne bi imeli opravka z rezervacijami od avgusta.
Sredi noči receptorka ni vedela, katere sobe so proste in katere zasedene; trkala in vdirala v različne sobe (ob 23uri zvečer!!!), da bi nam nasla prosto sobo. Groza.
Zajtrk katastrofa brez primere.

Ko smo se obrnili na pomoč na booking.com tudi nismo dobili nobene podpore.

Sve je bilo za 10 . Osoblje jako ljubazno i pristupačno. Čistoća na visokom nivou. Lokacija savršena, u samome centru. Zahvaljujem se predivnom osoblju na prelijepom ugođaju.

Pros:

Friendly atmosphere. Everything in one place, restoraunt, caffe, room. Cheking in and cheking out easy and clear. The staff very friendly and efficient. Overall great location and probably best place in Zenica to go out and spend the night. Honeroable mention to the guy who manages and serves in open part of the restoraunt. Real problem solver, swwiss knife type of person who takes care of everybody and everything.

Great Boutique Hotel - perfect for business or pleasure travel.
Pros:

Great location, room was very nice - spacious and comfortable. Excellent staff who were extremely helpful. They arranged taxi service for me that was at a great price and on time every day. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better is the lighting in the bathroom. There was only 1 overhead light so the bathroom was too dark to put makeup on.

The best hotel experience I had in my recent memory. Aferim Carpe Diem! Hvala Vama!! :)
Pros:

I was first time travelling to Bosina. And the hospitality of people Zenica simply blowed me away. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Specially the lady at reception made sure I was welcomed and my stay was comfortable. She went out of her way to help me with certain things like navigation and to plan my day as tourist.
Most of other hotels offer you simple buffet but Carpe Diem gave my whole menu to choose from. Nicely located in the city, this is one of the best hotel experience in this part of the world! They even gave me pen and car perfume as parting gift. I was moved. Aferim i hvala vama !
