Hotel maravilhoso, o melhor da região da riviera albanesa

Superb hotel in Saranda. The hotel is 3 years old but feels very new and overall clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly! The views from the top balconies are stunning and the pool is clean and quiet. 5-10min walk from the beach clubs and around 20min walk to public beaches.
Highly recommended!

Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Unser Start war etwas holprig, da wir nachmittags eincheckten und zum Abend auf einmal eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit einer Karte unser Zimmer öffnete und in unserem Hotelzimmer stand. Das fanden wir selbstverständlich etwas merkwürdig und waren eher weniger erfreut darüber. Für uns als Deutsche war es zudem etwas ungewöhnlich, dass es für die Bettdecken keinen Bezug gab, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Der Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich, allerdings wurde unser Bad in diesem Zeitraum nicht einmal gesäubert (Waschbecken, Boden). Pool und Speisebereich waren dafür aber sehr schön!

Overall great hotel, location is wrong on hotels.com. takes 20 min to walk to the city and it is slot up and down stairs.

music at the pool is very loud and it is the same playlist on repeat in a 90 min loop.

Super nice staff and amazing view.

People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ganske udemærket hotel. Fin morgenmad. Det eneste dårlige jeg kan sige er, at det føltes som at være til et rave, når man lå ved poolen. Men måske det er en Sarandë ting

The Art Hotel offers the best breakfast in Sarande and the rooms are flawless. The staff always strive to keep the customer happy. It is a beautiful experinece that I highly recommend.

The staff were great, however the breakfast was quite limited, and the hotel was right in the centre of a lot of construction. As such it was quite noisy at night and though out the day. The photos appear to do the hotel a lot more justice then they appear.

Property has everything you would want simple and the front desk guy was very helpful

Le meilleur breakfast de notre séjour

At first we get lost, address for hotel was incorrect and need to look satelite maps to compare hotel pictures to buildings nearby. In hotel the safetybox didn’t work either a/c didn’t work. Trashes have to bring to toilet while there wasn’t other trashbin. Room’s minibar was empty but there was the menu for it. Parking was on construction site.

Breakfast was just few bread and some meat and cheese for it, no coffee and very simple.

Fantastic hotel, very very friendly staff. Our Suit on top floor was outstading with an amazing sea view.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay

Au début tous semblait bien, bon cadre, emplacement dans les hauteur (prévoir une voiture), design et assez récent.

Puis une circonstance de problème : il manquait une ampoule sur les lumières de lecture (1/2), la télévision ne marchait pas, oublie de gel douche, l’interrupteur des toilettes qui se bloque ( alors qu’il est neuf) les joint de porte d’entrée d la chambre mal calibrés

Mais la crème de la crème : le service de nettoyage qui rentre dans la chambre le matin à 11h, sans pression même en lui disant non.
Sans gêne elle entame même la discussion la porte ouverte. S’en suis un ménage désastreux le reste du séjour.

Enfin notre dernière nuit s’achève sur une panne de la Clim dans notre chambre.

En résumer :
Les point positif : la vue, la piscine, le design.
Les point négatifs : le service de ménage, les finitions/details.

Ça reste quand même positif, mais des détails ca joue quand on paye un quatre étoile.

Les chambres sont pas mal, le petit déjeuner est le même tous les jours (un peu rébarbatif au bout de 2 petits déjeuners), le vrai souci est la musique trop forte à la piscine dès 10h du matin jusqu'a 22h. La piscine en elle-même est bien avec un bassin pour les plus petit.

Après en termes d'emplacement, c'est pas super pratique, car loin du centre ville et sur la haut d'une Coline. Pour y accéder, il faut la monter et 300 mètres de montée à 30% quand on est en fin de journée après un peu d'alcool, c'est très très compliqué
