Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of products to choose from, and the room was OK. Additionally, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historic center.

Cons:

For a double bed, a larger blanket would have been better. Also, blackout curtains were missing, which allowed the sunrise light to come through early in the morning. Other than that, everything was fine and I still highly recommend it!

Cons:

I contacted the hotel in advance to let them know that I would be arriving late, and they got back to me. I was told that no one would be at the reception after a certain time and that I would have to pay extra for a staff member to wait for me. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 p.m., and they charged me an additional €20 because I was late. I found this completely unreasonable and absolutely ridiculous.

The bedspread in the room was dirty, there was a dried bloodstain on the pillow, and I even found a dead insect in the bed. I was extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was very poor and carelessly prepared. The furniture and other items were old and worn out.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
