La pulizia in generale, le stoviglie usate per la colazione erano spesso sporche

Condizionatore estremamente rumoroso, pulizia non impeccabile di posate e bicchieri per la colazione.
la posizione centrale nel cuore della zona pedonale, la gentilezza e l'empatia della proprietaria che si adopera per cercare di venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti
colazione migliorabile e servirebbe maggiore attenzione a piccoli particolari (es. seppure la camera fosse pulita, abbiamo trovato uno spesso strato di polvere sotto il letto)

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. En pleno centro de atracciones de la parte otomana y muy cerca de transporte público para moverse en la ciudad y acceder al aeropuerto. El desayuno es muy completo. El hotel tiene aspecto de family-runned y es muy acogedor. Su manager (Janika?) fue muy amable y siempre estaba a disposición. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y por ejemplo en la que me alojé no contaba con guardarropa, pero son perfectamente aceptables para estancias de pocos días. Opción económica muy recomendable en el downtown. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Exceptional location in the old town, just a short walk to all the sights. It was also good value for money and the person running it was very pleasant
We stayed three nights but the room was not cleaned (so far as we could tell) nor the bed made all the time we were there, though clean towels were provided each day. Toilet seat was loose - we told staff but the response was ‘I know’ rather than any attempt to fix it. Breakfast was ok, though not special - the first day we were asked if we wanted eggs and they were provided and were hot. Second day eggs were there but completely cold. Final day we were the only guests, no eggs offered and no fresh bread, just pre-sliced packeted bread, whereas on other days there were fresh rolls.

Room was small, but exactly as described in listing. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, good shower, good selection at breakfast and good WiFi.
Location is perfect, very central and just steps away from restaurants and everything in the old town.
The floor standing air con unit was extremely noisy. We visited in very warm weather so we needed it on and were very grateful for it but it wasn't pleasant noise wise!

Comfortable room in the centre of Bascarcija. Very friendly host who was always on hand to help. Rooms were clean, good range of foods at breakfast and WiFi worked well.
Some noise from a bar at the rear of the hotel. Closes by midnight most nights after which it was very quiet for the centre of town, but might not be an ideal hotel if you like an early night.

La Signora è stata sempre molto gentile!
Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Dame vom Hotel war sehr sympathisch, hat uns bei Regen ein Schirm mitgegeben und uns einen Fahrer gebucht. Alles unkompliziert und super nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Es war alles bestens!
