Fantastic
Pros:

It was lovely to be able to walk out the door and into the street with stalls and restaurants. 1 minute walks from the city hall bus stop from the airport.
The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.
Freshly prepared breakfast buffet. And fruit, tea and coffee available any time

Pros:

I stayed with my family. Hotel and rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Small but convenient. Breakfast was fairly well. Most importantly location was awesome. Just 2 minutes walking to Baščaršija. It is also close to Alija Izzet Begovic's cemetery and The Yellow Fortress.

Cons:

There is no elevator.

Pros:

The hotel is luxurious, clean, only few rooms, therefore private, boutique style. Right at the edge of the historical centre, so quiet but few steps from the main attractions. The staff very helpful, kind, friendly. Taxi station and public transport behind the corner.
Great positive surprise, we enjoyed the stay in Sarajevo having this nice place to rest. Breakfast very various, COFFEE high quality plus the COFFEE MACHINE the best! Great value for money.
