No working heating system in this Hotel during winter
Pros:

The staff was really friendly. Rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.

Cons:

The room was ice cold(10 dehrees celcius). The heating radiators were cold and not functioning therefore the airco's were used to heat up. Unfortunately these airco's are old and lost capacity to heat up the hotelroom. Floors in the room and bathroom were icecold, therefore we had to keep our wintercoats and shoes on for the first 3 hours on arrival and also didnt use the shower because of that. I did complain about the cold room and i got an electrical heater but still we kept our coats on. 8 hours later after new years eve celebrations the room was something heated up because of the airco and the electrical heater but still not comfortable.

There werent last minute other hotel options so we stayed in this hotel. During checkout I told them our experience was really bad because of the owner not taking responsibility and having a proper working heating system in this 4 star hotel while it was -10 celcius degrees outside. This hotel should be fined for this since heating system is a primal need. Still they charged us the full price without any shame.

The rest of the facilities are actually good but no proper heating is a no go.

Lokacija dobra, osoblje ljubazno.

Cons:

Hotel je bio hladnjaca, nismo mogli zaspati od hladnoce, nakon zalbe u 23h, dali su nam grijalicu. Voda topla ali ne za kupanje, zao mi je samo sto se odmah nisam okrenula i potrazila drugi hotel.

der pool der im preis ist ist sehr schön und wir haben ihn vollens genossen, es hat eine gute lade um die gegend zu erkunden.

Cons:

die zimmer wurden wärend unseres aufenthalts nicht geputzt ebenso ist das wasser der klimanlage mehrmals übergelaufen über den sammelkontainer, nur unsere handtucher wurden gewechelt (4 tage waren wir da) und das frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. es gab kein kaffe nur lösliches kaffepulver und ein sehr mikriges büfe ohne abwechslung.

Pros:

Ottimo per la presenza della piscina per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate calde. In zona distante una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro vicino al fiume e alla vegetazione. Comunicazione ottima con la reception.
