Nice place , not enough facilities
Pros:

Clean , small hotel , no rush

Cons:

- The room did not have a telephone, which meant that whenever we needed assistance or had a request, we had to go down to the reception desk physically!

- The receptionist ( nice woman ) was frequently absent from the reception desk. Whenever we needed assistance, we had to ask other staff members to locate her, which was inconvenient!

-The glass-floor elevator was unsettling, particularly for children. My young daughter was very frightened when she looked down through the transparent floor during the descent and nearly burst into tears.
- There was no room service, and the receptionist was the only staff member available. When we reported a large, unsecured mirror that posed a safety concern, we had to go to the reception desk and request assistance in person.

All in one for people have their own transport vehicle/motorbike etc.
Pros:

Staff are helpful, especially the receptionist Ms.Salina. restaurant and cold store , plus petrol station as well as car wash station. The room is clean and well furnished.

Cons:

Nothing, except that this hotel is perfect for people who have transport ( car rental, etc.) . Which I did not have, and it's 5 km far from the centre, which might not be good for some. But I found it fine and perfect with me.

Pros:

Odličan hotel, nemam zamerke. Dobar doručak, kreveti udobni i veliki. Sve je maksimalno čisto, a uz hotel imate ogroman parking, perionicu i benzinsku pumpu. Super baza za obilazak Željave i Plitvica.

The stay was pleasant
Pros:

I liked that I did not need to go anywhere as there was a restaurant that serve food, my friend and I ate and the food was good but my liver was overcooked ! The soup was good but I do feel that the chef needs to learn how the locals cook. Just an observation.

Dans l ensemble, agréable séjours, personnels aimables et attentionnés.
Pros:

L’hôtel est beau, la chambre belle et confortable, bonne literie, il y a un restaurant et une pompe à essence juste à côté, un vaste parking gratuit, un restaurent en face. Petit dejeuné varié.

Cons:

Néanmoins, au petit dejeuné le café n est pas très bon, je suis allé dejeuné tôt et il n y avait déjà presque plus rien dans les réchauffes plats.
Le garçon de salle très vaillant par ailleurs n’apportait que par petites quantités. Par exemple, il n’y avait plus de saucisse, le garçon de salle en a ramené 4 saucisses alors que 3 couples venaient d’arriver. Il est évident que ce n est pas assez. Nous sommes fin mai , dommage car pas de fruit de saison alors Qu il il y a des fraises et cerises partout ou vous passez en ville.

Pros:

Struttura recente, camera ben arredata, servita e pulita. Colazione buona, a buffet completa dolce e salata. Parcheggio moto esterno non custodito comunque tranquillo. Posizione vicino strada scorrimento tuttavia camere ben insonorizzate. Per raggiungere il centro è necessario muovere un mezzo in quanto è a circa 5 km.
