Do not stay here, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy

Location was good

Cons:

Staff are extremely rude and have no respect for guests. They admitted that the “free parking” is in fact not free and has to be paid for. After explaining that it says free parking and refusing to pay, the manager got someone to block us in so we couldn’t move the car and started sending me threatening and bizarre messages to leave the hotel. She should not be running a hotel. I have seen previous reviews on here that state the staff are rude too so wasn’t just us that had to deal with it. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat your guests and she has not apologised for her behaviour.

Not only this, the hotel is an absolute state. The beds were rock hard, light fittings hanging off the wall, the toilet flooded every time you flushed it, the shower was being held together with plastic so it didn’t leak.

Unsure how it has 8+ stars.
Pros:

She helped me turn the AC on which was the only positive I have to say. And the room was spacious

Cons:

Had to lug suit case up the stairs, no help offered ofcourse.
Bed springs were broken on half the side of the double bed so I sank in half with 0 support, very uncomfy. The shower head was broken, I think I would have received more bang for buck getting a hostel… at least if the shower was broken in a hostel it’s justified, a hotel!! Not on.

El propietario respondía que esto era Albania y no Italia, cada vez que le mencionábamos algo que no funcionaba. El baño necesita un retoque. Bueno, el hotel entero.

Pros:

La habitación es impresionante, techos altos, ventanales enormes y muy amplia. Además está en el corazón de la ciudad, pero en una zona un poco más tranquila.

Waar zal ik beginnen? We kwamen tijdens de aangegeven inchecktijd aan maar konden nog niet in onze kamer. Pas rond 15:30 konden we erin. De WiFi deed het niet op de eerste verdieping. Alles was oud en de bedden niet comfortabel. 1 bed stond op wat zelfgemaakte houten pootjes. Mijn zoontje durfde niet eens te bewegen. De badkamer? Zie de foto's die spreken voor zich.

Cons:

Attention, ne vous garez pas sur le parking de l’hôtel, c’est payant ! Vous n’allez pas être prévenu et être facturé pour avoir stationné, même pour poser vos valises. La dame de l’accueil ne nous a pas prévenu lorsqu’elle nous a dit comment nous garer.

Un poco chasco

Cons:

Preguntamos por chat si podíamos dejar el coche en el “parking” hasta volver de la ruta (aunque ya no nos alojásemos allí) y nos dijeron que sí, que por 3 euros era posible. Sin embargo, una vez allí nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar 3 euros mientras estábamos alojados y 5 euros extra cuando ya no estuviésemos. Incluso tuvimos que pagar un día extra por recogerlo más tarde de las 10:00 am. Nos salió casi igual de precio el parking que el alojamiento. Además, no es un parking como tal, es el patio estrecho de una casa, con lo cual hay que ir sacando coches para que puedan salir los que están aparcados en el fondo, por lo que tuvimos que dejar las llaves del coche en el hotel con todas nuestras pertenencias dentro mientras hacíamos la ruta. Otro aspecto a comentar es que era un cuarto sin ascensor, cargados con maletas. La cama no era cómoda, nos ponía cama de matrimonio y eran dos individuales juntas. Limpieza mejorable. No hay cafetera como se indica.
