Bardzo fajny
Pros:

Super lokalizacja w samym sercu miasta. Piękny widok z tarasu i okna pokoju. Miła obsługa. Ubierajcie wygodne buty by się tu dostać, ale warto dla widoków. Hotel ok. 5-8 minut pod górę od parkingu "Veno". Pyszna kawa do śniadania 🤗

Cons:

Szkoda, że śniadanie jest porcjowane, opuściliśmy hotel troszkę głodni, nikt nie zapytał czy chcemy dokładkę :( brak czajnika w pokoju

Pros:

The room was delightful and typical with good quality bedding. Window has no view but that's still very cosy. Quarter is calm so you can properly rest. Breakfast is given at the last floor so you can enjoy the city panorama.

Cons:

Street access is one way and really hard. You have to fold your mirrors at some point. Our advise : park your car first and get there with your luggage even it get's a bit hilly !

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. El desayuno en la terraza es genial con muy buenas vistas. La habitación es algo simple pero está limpia y es cómoda.

Cons:

Las cortinas no cubrían las ventanas y hay luces justo fuera de las mismas por lo que toda la noche hay mucha luz entrando por la ventana. Esto pasa en la primera habitación a mano izquierda subiendo por las escaleras, no sé si en el resto también. No había ninguna superficie donde dejar la maleta o colgar la ropa; no vendría mal una silla por ejemplo.

Very disappointing stay
Pros:

We liked and room and the ladies working there were very polite.

Cons:

From the beginning we got disappointed as the hotel is not accessible by car and definitely doesn't have a private parking as mentioned in booking. Upon arriving with carrying all the luggage 40 minutes after the check-in indicated time on booking, we were informed that our rooms are not ready. The problem is that the guy in charge blamed us for being "too early" .Another issue is that the parking he indicated that we go instead, was full since is not of the hotel but at least he deducted from the total price but we had to walk even further. Of course when we payed the hotel card was not an option because they were "out of paper".
These were all enough to never choose to stay there again even though the staff and room was good.

Pros:

Las vistas a la ciudad y el desayuno

Cons:

El frío que hacía en la habitación y sus escasas instalaciones, el baño que lo inundaba la ducha, la ubicación del hotel por no poder aparcar en cualquier parte y por las cuestas que hay que subir andando para llegar hasta él.

Pros:

Poloha v centre s pekným výhľadom ( ten len na streche pri raňajkách), moderná a čistá izba.
Zabezpečené parkovisko, pozor platí sa 4€ na deň ( v popise ubytovania všetko uvedené, len sa to môže stratiť, rozhodne neberiem ako negatívum, ideálne dopredu napísať, že budete potrebovať parkovacie miesto.

Cons:

Nedostali sme povlecenie na paplóny, bolo mi povedané, ze sa perú a mam si pod nepovleceny paplón podložiť prosteradlo, čo je absolútne nehygienicke, tým pádom bola v izbe, ktorá bola prakticky " pod zemou" v kaskadovite postavenom dome v noci značná zima.
Raňajky chutné, porcia skromná, pekný výhľad.

Pros:

Breakfast was very tasty and varied, with delicious coffee. The room was beautiful, featuring two showers and a charming antique style.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking since it’s located in the old town. The staff member kindly offered to drive our car to the hotel, but the whole process took longer than expected. Between messaging him about where to park (as this isn’t clearly indicated), waiting for him to arrive, and then being guided through very narrow streets, reversing back, and finally parking in a more distant area—it ended up taking about an hour and a half. In my opinion, it would be better if they simply indicated where to park and then suggested walking to the hotel.

On the positive side, we were able to pay by card, which was great, and the staff member was friendly throughout the process.

The lack of packing.

Pros:

La chambre vue sur la ville est très belle et agréable. De même pour la vue de la terrasse tout en haut. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. L’hôte est très réactive en cas de question, l’accès se fait facilement par code.

Cons:

Attention c’est très difficile de se garer dans cette ville. L’hôte nous a donné un premier parking mais il était complet ainsi que le deuxième. Nous avons fini par nous garer dans le parking principal de la ville payant (6€ de 8h-24h).
