Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Ambiente, der wunderschöne Gastraum, die freundlichen Gastgeber, gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrum. Tolle Küche.

Pros:

Mme Maggy était très gentille et a expliquée directement comment accéder à l'hotel le soir. Un grand parking privé gratuit est un vrai surplus. La chambre pour une personne est simple mais très propre comme aussi la salle de douche privée qui est très moderne. pour le petit déjeuner j'ai reçu tout que je voulais. La prochaine fois quand je me rends à Verviers je vais sûrement reprendre cet hotel.

Good hotel with excellent staff and great price value
Pros:

Location was excellent and the staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and price/value of stay was excellent

Cons:

No air conditioning and we hit an unusually hot couple of days in Belgium. No elevator we were on top floor
