Très bon hôtel, mais espaces communs mal fréquentés

Emplacement idéale l’hôtel dispose d’un spa de qualité très belle vue le personnel est très pro et bienveillant

Cons:

Malheureusement, le hall, le restaurant et le bar sont régulièrement envahis par des groupes de personnes qui ne sont pas clientes de l’hôtel, mais simplement de passage. Ces individus errent dans les espaces communs, forment des attroupements et parlent très fort, notamment lorsqu’ils sont au téléphone.
Cette situation nuit au calme et au confort des clients. Il est regrettable que l’accès et l’utilisation des espaces communs ne soient pas mieux encadrés et réglementés.

Great city centre Hotel
Pros:

Easy to find, a few minutes walk from the Metro. Very easy online check-in and check out. Beautiful view from our 19th floor room. Spotless comfortable room. Kettle and coffee maker, bottles of water in a mini fridge were very welcome. Lovely bathroom, nice to have robes and slippers. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, a great choice of food whatever your nationality. Helpful reception staff when we needed a map and directions.

Cons:

It would be nice if there were two comfortable chairs, especially for tourists wanting to relax after exploring the city.
