Pros:

C’est un hôtel super que nous connaissons depuis au moins 15 ans et que nous adorons ! En plus ils ont rénové le spa qui est magnifique ! L’accueil y est toujours parfait , pour le petit déjeuner , vous avez un buffet magnifique , l’ambiance y est top , le parking est adapté à des voitures de taille normale , le confort est parfait et il est très bien situé à Bruxelles !

ich kann dieses Hotel nach dieser Erfahrung niemanden Empfehlen.
Pros:

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und erwarte ein ordentliches entgegekommen.
In den Gängen lagen Tabletts voller Essensverpackungen.
Oben in der Lounge waren die Tische voll mit Gläsern und das, zwar freundlichen Personal, kam nicht hinterher

Cons:

Besonders schlimm war aber das andere Gäste in das von mir gemietete Zimmer einchecken wollte.
Ich frage mich wie das gehen kann ? Die Partnerin meines Geschäftskunden war duschen während 2 komplett fremde Leute in ein bereits gebuchtes Zimmer erneut zum einchecken gelassen werden und plötzlich im Zimmer stehen.
Als Entschädigung gab es ein kleiner wirkendes Zimmer mit besserem Blick und Zugang zur Lounge. Diese war aber völlig überfordert und die Tische sahen alles andere als gut aus.
Daher mehr als Peinlich.

Pros:

Superbe vue de ma chambre au 18éme étage.
Chambre spacieuse bien éclairée très propre et bien agencée.
Petit déjeuné copieux.
Personnel souriant.
Hôtel bien situé.

Cons:

Parking a 35 euros pour 24h, un peu décevant quand on a pris une suite.

La beauté de l'hôtel, son emplacement, ses facilités de parking, la vue.

Cons:

Les ascenseurs, les sièges bas au restaurant ainsi que les tables, pas de kit brosse à dents dans la chambre et pas de piscine, jacuzzi dans l'espace wellness. Mais surtout, LE BRUIT DE L EXTRACTEUR dans la chambre, infernal !

Ok stay as it is central but don’t expect much
Pros:

Very central andclose to the places I needed to fix spacious room and great view.

Cons:

No shower gel in my room, patchy WiFi, confusing service especially when one needs a company invoice. Typical tear and wear.

Pros:

Het algemene gevoel van kwaliteit en exclusieve uitstraling.
Toegang tot de lounge en wellness maakt de extra kosten voor een luxe kamer meer dan gerechtvaardigd.

Cons:

Het kussen in bed was te dik. Aangezien ik maar één nacht verbleef heb ik geen ander kussen gevraagd, maar ik ben ervan overtuigd dat het zeker geen probleem zou geweest zijn.
