Отличный отель с хорошим балансом цена-качество, но не без минусов.
Pros:

Отличный отель в центре Еревана, рядом масса заведений где можно покушать, в шаговой доступности пешеходный центр. Персонал очень вежливый, охотно шли на помощь, в отеле чисто, порадовал размер номера и чистота.

Cons:

- слышимость: в соседнем номере, похоже, отдыхала большая компания и шум их отдыха был хорошо слышен в нашем номере;
- в номере несколько раз появлялся сильный запах табака: похоже, что через вентиляцию из соседних номеров заносило.

1.Chambre : Propre, avec un coin salon agréable.
2. Salle de bain : Également très propre.
3. Entretien quotidien : La chambre est faite chaque jour, un vrai plus.
4. Confort : Chauffage et climatisation parfaitement fonctionnels pour un séjour agréable quelle que soit la saison.
5. Personnel : C'est le point le plus apprécié. L'accueil est décrit comme "plus que parfait", avec une équipe à l'écoute, très arrangeante et toujours prête à aider.

Conclusion :
Une expérience hôtelière très réussie, où la propreté, le confort et surtout la qualité exceptionnelle du service et de l'accueil ont fait toute la différence. C'est une recommandation sans réserve.

Cons:

Les chambres ne disposent pas de fenêtres sur l'extérieur mais elles sont bien aérées.
Le métro passe en dessous de l'hôtel et s'arrête à minuit.

ロケーションは良い

Cons:

宿泊しているにも関わらず、他の部屋のリフォームを一日中しており、騒音や匂いに悩まされた。
また、朝から廊下でファッション雑誌か何かの撮影をしておりスタッフたちの声や物音で起こされた。
宿泊客が快適に過ごすことなどどうでも良いようだ。世界中のホテルを泊まっているが、こんなことは初めての経験で、このようなレビューをするのも初めてだ。全くお勧めしない。

Место хорошее, рядом есть магазин, кафе и тд. Самый центр. Персонал дружелюбный, идут на встречу по всем вопросам. Рекомендую однозначно 👍 Приедем ещё.

Pros:

Прекрасный новый и чистый отель. Очень доброжелательные сотрудники, готовы помочь при возникновении любых вопросов. Отличные завтраки, только хотелось бы побольше кофемашин, с той, которая стоит в зале ресторана каждый день была какая-то проблема, она устранялась сотрудниками, но хотелось бы улучшений в этом плане.
В остальном мы остались в восторге от пребывания в отеле.
