Very good location and large rooms.
It's not really a hotel, it's a set of rooms on the sides of a corridor (no restaurant, no breakfast, no room service or anything similar you expect from a "hotel").
Ho prenotato all'ultimo minuto e la scelta è stata giusta. Posizione strategica, per visitare il centro è perfetta. Letto grande e comodo. In camera c'era tutto il necessario: pantofole,kit dentifricio etc..personale molto gentile. Lo consiglio

Location was very good. In front of a square. Very close to everything.
Just to clarify that we stayed there for three nights NOT one as the booking changed it to one. . we stayed and paid for three nights but in the booking says only one. This totally wrong

L'hotel è situato nel centro di Yerevan, a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni. Il personale è cordiale e gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale a David. La camera deluxe 103 è spaziosa e luminosa, con un'ampia finestra e un bagno pulito.
Отель находится в центре Еревана, в шаговой доступности от всех достопримечательностей. Персонал доброжелателен и вежлив. Особая благодарность Давиду. Комната категории Deluxe номер 103 просторная, светлая, с большим окном, с чистой ванной комнатой.

The room we’ve booked to our surprise didn’t had a window. It should be clearly noted in the booking process
The location and the experience of staying in a historical place were really special. You can hear the metro passing by, but unless you’re a very light sleeper, it’s totally fine. The location and price-performance ratio are amazing.

Очень не нравится отсутствие окон в номере, нет возможности поступления свежего воздуха. При отсутствии естественного освещения и вентиляции стоимость завышена даже при отличном расположении
