Pros:

Самое главное - это расположение в центре города в здании кинотеатра Москва. Вход слева от центрального входа в кинотеатр (есть табличка).
Есть растворимый кофе, чай, чайник. Есть платный мини бар. Прекрасный душ и в целом большая ванная со всеми принадлежностями.

Cons:

Локация на карте указана неверно (на момент августа 2026). Долго я искал вход. Я невнимательно изучил условия, где в самом начале указано, что номер не имеет окон. Читайте внимательно... ))) несмотря на отсутствие окна, вентиляция настроена хорошо, не было духоты. Есть местный телефон, но он не работает - провод весь в шпатлевке (видимо никто не пользуется, что даже от строительной грязи не очистили). Ковролин очень старый - это единственное, что очень сильно расстроило.

Что-то не то было с кроватью - проваливаешься в головном конце.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful at Moscow boutique and the hotel itself is central and quirky being part of an exsoviet film complex. It was clean, well- organised and close to Yerevan centre and also close to some amazing restaurants. Good value for money!

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was handy. A short walk to the main sites.

Cons:

There is a slight noise from the underground trains but stopped at a reasonable hour and didn't disturb our sleep.

Pros:

Стойка регистрации работала даже ночью, было приятно заселиться ночью, зная что есть человек на стойке регистрации. Номер чистый и на первом этаже, не нужно было таскать тяжелый чемодан. Отличное расположение.

Cons:

Так получилось, что заселились в номер, который на деле считался семейным (разделен на 2 номера). Номер был разделен обычной дверью, которая насколько помню не закрывалась на ключ. Скорее соглашусь, что это специфика номера, но и слышимость была ощутимой. Это не помешало разложить вещи и спокойно выспаться.
