Very poor and Disappointing hotel comparing to the price amount around 100$. The worst hotel in my experment travels in
Pros:

Bad dealing with customer because when I the visa machines was not working and not allowed to use to see the room. I have 100 $ at that time and I paid for here then when I saw the room was everything in it very pad and dirty. When I went to reception again to do cancelling she told me not allowed because booking charged me hence it was written free cancellation at anytime. I don’t now if it’s personal action or the hotel policy like that.

Cons:

I like everything except that point. I think personal action it was.

Pros:

Very helpful, hospitable, and friendly staff. Good location, not far from the center. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Private bathroom. TV, and fridge in the room. They also offer a sauna (on request). One of the cheapest accommodations in Tsaghkadzor. Very good value for the price, totally recommended!

Pros:

I arrived late and the people were very welcoming and helped me a lot with everything, and even gave me food at 1am because restaurants were not open.
You can have lunch and dinner for 2000 AMD per meal at the place.
It's a nice easy going accomondation.
Good value for money.
Would recommend :)))

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard, but i put another blanket under me so it was good.

Pros:

while booking we thought 2 rooms in one apartment type. We did text them for confirming and they informed us also as same. But when we reached there it was 2 separate rooms in same floor. As we cant separate (2 adult and 3 children, unknown place and peoples), we requested them to put some extra beds on a room which had one room and a hall with two bathrooms and to cancel other room (without discount).
The Manager lady (no english speaking) was a good host with warm welcome and helps to arrange our room and our communication was always through google translate.
Rooms had all amenities, soaps, towels etc etc.
Breakfast looks basic for us as it was not belong to our choices (except bread and jam).
The building have a good lobby with music equipments (Piano, Saxophones) and have a big breakfast area.
All staff, from Manager lady to kitchen staff looks very polite and welcoming attitude.
we didn’t spend much time there, only for a night stay.

Cons:

Outside the building on walking platform was muddy and difficult to pull our trolleys… as we parked our car on the end of the building and reception/entrance on another end. we found no lift and rooms are upstairs.

Pros:

The host karine and Robert were extremely helpfull and friendly, the location was good and the breakfast was sufficient filling and good variety,they were changing one dish everyday and the old lady was very nice and she made some special omelette on request.
The host also helped us in guiding on places to visit and was also helping in booking cars for the tour.

Cons:

Wifi range was poor in the room . Rest everything was excellent about the stay

Relaxing and peaceful with delicious food
Pros:

Great family owned hotel in a quiet and peaceful place in the mountains. The owner is very nice and helpful and the manager as well. They will do all you require for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The breakfast and dinner cooked by the local chef is delicious and it is the best thing here.

You can easily walk to the nearby places and enjoy a quiet and peaceful relaxing holiday.
