I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street. I was concerned about noise as I was there over a weekend, but with the windows closed there was absolutely no disturbance at all. The location is amazing - so central to everything and the balcony was perfect to sit and people-watch. The room was very well provided-for - the bed was a bit soft for me so I've docked one mark, but that's being very picky. I forgot to ask for a double instead of twin beds, but that's on me. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a lift to all floors. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and the price was very reasonable - especially compared to Yerevan prices. Just one thing to note, if you take a taxi, their sat-nav might try to direct them down a blind alley next to the pedestrian street - so just get them to drop you at the end on the main road and you can then take the short walk to the hotel.

The mattress was not comfortable
I was very pleased with the hotel, and it has the absolute best location in the city! The staff truly made our stay special. A huge thank you to the guy working the night shift from August 15 to 16—he helped us a lot and went above and beyond ☺️ Highly recommended!
