The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room windows faced a pedestrian street where loud music was playing until 11 p.m. The shower worked fine but leaked, with water flowing onto the floor.

Если вы легко засыпаете несмотря на шум и главное для вас - расположение, то я точно рекомендую это место:)
Pros:

Очень приятные работники, в номере было чисто

Cons:

1) из душа вытекала вода, потому что стенка душа заканчивалась раньше стены - там гигантская щель
2) синтетическое постельное белье, с ним было жарко, без него - прохладно
3) окна выходят на улицу, поэтому достаточно шумно (но тут платишь за расположение). При этом в комнате быстро становится душно, а кондиционер достаточно шумный
4) очень скрипят кровати, также неудобные подушки (тут каждому свое, но на твердых высоких подушках большинству сложно спать)
