Pros:

Great place to stay, the owner is really nice. The breakfast was delicious, we got tea and cake in the evening to warm up! Highly recommended!!

Pros:

Schönes, kleines Hotel und typisch armenisch. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Frühstück mehr als üppig und was man schaffen könnte. Ich war überwältigt.

Cons:

Mein gebuchtes Zimmer lag unten an der Straße.

Спасибо большое за отель, такое ощущение, что приехали в гости к родственникам, встретили радушно, разместились согласно бронированию. Комнаты чистые, просторные, обеспечены всем необходимым. Горячая вода была всегда стабильна, постельное белье не синтетика, вайфай работал на отлично. Расположение отличное близко к центру. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке за завтраки, они были великолепны: свежая выпечка, молочная продукция, фрукты, овощи, наивкуснейшая яичница

Small hotel with great staff
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for one night in August 2025. The behavior of the hotel staff was commendable. They were very kind and polite. The hotel breakfast, although not self-service, was complete and excellent. The cleanliness was also acceptable. Overall, I think it was a very good hotel.

Cons:

‏The only things that come to mind are that the hotel is adjacent to the street and the noise of cars may bother you a bit, but at night there is less traffic and noise.
