Pros:

Замечательный маленький отель. Очень приветливый персонал. В комнате было идеально чисто, в отеле и вокруг на улице тихо. Местоположение — в самом центре исторического района.
Спасибо за возможность пожить в старинном армянском доме!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber*innen!
Pros:

Solides Frühstück, besonders der hausgemachte Kuchen war sehr lecker. Schöne Holzböden, moderne Einrichtung. Die Betreiberfamilie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns trotz Ankunft mitten in der Nacht erwartet und als sich die Ankunft bis in die Morgenstunden verzögert hat, war auch das kein Problem.

Cons:

Nicht unmittelbar im Herzen der Stadt aber fußläufig von dort aus zu erreichen.

Pros:

The hotel owners are absolutely lovely and I got a very warm welcome. The hotel decoration is lovely with pieces with family history and the breakfast is exceptional, I can't recommend this place enough.

Everything was great and I recommend staying here!
Pros:

The owner of the hotel is very welcoming and helpful. The Location is also amazing, as it is in the center of the city and you can easily access anything by foot. The room was very clean and we were welcomed with new toiletries for our stay.

Завораживающая атмосфера древности, очень эпичный балкон, в номере чисто, есть все необходимые принадлежности. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная, улыбчивая. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить ну оооочень вкусный завтрак 😋, все вышеизложенное можно не читать, стоит остановиться только ради него😁

Pros:

Accoglienza straordinaria, casa bellissima curata nei dettagli, letti comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile! La colazione è stata super: dolci appena sfornati e abbondanti piatti tradizionali.
La cosa più piacevole, però, è la grazia e la gentilezza di Karen e sua moglie, persone deliziose!!! Grazie di tutto!!!

Great venue, caring staff, highly recommend to anyone visiting Gyumri!
Pros:

The staff and cleanliness were exceptional! Morning breakfasts were beyond what one could expect from a B&B. All that combined with the central location in the historic part of the town made our short stay extremely pleasurable.

Familiäres Guest House zentral in Gjumri
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Gjumri. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Gastegeber-Ehepaar ist super nett und man fühlt sich gleich wie ein Teil der Familie. Morgens wird ein leckeres Frühstück mit frisch gebackenem Kuchen zubereitet.

Great 11-days stay
Pros:

Excellent location right in the city center. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a good bed, hot water, a comfortable shower, a kettle, enough power outlets, and everything I needed for my stay. The family running the hotel was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and they responded quickly to every request. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

My room faced the street, so it could be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and occasional barking dogs. I would also suggest adding a few more hooks, especially in the bathroom, for towels and clothes. Other than these minor points, everything was very good

Fantastic place in center of town
Pros:

Wonderful hosts full of advice and smiles. Home was warm, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional! Location was in center of town, perfect! Beds were comfortable. They let us store our luggage for a few hours after checkout which was very nice. Place was secure too. We were very happy!
