I was here just between 1AM and 9AM but it was exactly what I needed.
Pros:

Denis was very helpful, he picked me up on the airport at 1AM and took to the hotel, price for transport was perfect for me. After the breakfast Denis helped me with transport to Yerevan, he called me a taxi twice (I didn't have Armenian taxi apps nor armenian phone number to register into those apps). I can recommend it.

Все было отлично. Вовремя встретили, организовали ужин ( отдельное спасибо повару, все было очень вкусно), завтрак был тоже сытный и большой выбор. Комната соответствует фото. Рекомендую!

В отеле остановились в первые. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Достаточно чисто, спокойно. В номере чистое белье, полотенца и чисто убрано. Есть разовые гель, шампунь и зубной набор,тапочки. Самое главное воздух чистый, район спокойный, очень красивый, ухоженный двор,есть бесплатная парковка.
В гостинице есть бассейн, до 20.00 бесплатно, есть сауна за отдельную плату. До центра легко можно добраться на такси, цены не кусаются.Можно заказать очень вкусный завтрак, обед. По мне цена очень приемлемо для данного отеля.

Very nice and helpful stuff. Denis was very good, helped a lot my mom in everything, in staying for 1 day in the hotel, for changing flights . Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and tasty breakfast and dinner !!! Guys, thank you a lot !!! Really good!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Нам очень понравилось, заранее списались, нас ждали, вечером красивый вид на город. Все как положено, все есть для комфортного проживания. Бассейне покупались, очень хорошо провели время. Всем рекомендую!
