Magic!
Pros:

This place is a hidden gem! An absolute must stay, from the grounds, to the facilities, to the staff! Phenomenal! I hope life brings us back to this part of the world so we can stay here again. Also the restaurant gastronomical experience, it deserves a Michelin star! Hands down one of the best dining experiences of my life, including the wine pairing, even the non alcoholic pairing was so carefully curated to match the flavors of the food! Pure magic!

Prachtige kamer, zeer attent vriendelijk personeel, persoonlijke touch met chocolaatjes op bed. Het ruikt heerlijk in het kasteel en het is zo stil, echt een fijne omgeving. Veel zorg voor inrichting, prachtig gerestaureerd, erg mooi

Cons:

De Bistro, zeker het ontbijt, voor 35 euro pp voldeed niet. Zeer vriendelijk personeel maar stonden met te weinig, buffet was achter in bistro weggemoffeld, ruimte was te klein en aanbod was prima maar zeker niet overweldigend. Akoestiek waardeloos, tafels dicht op elkaar. En op het piekmoment kwam er een oude dame binnenlopen, ging naar keuken en begon zich overal tegenaan te bemoeien, tot zichtbare irritatie van het toch al overbezette petsoneel. Bij het naar buiten lopen merkten wij na avondeten en na ontbijt een rioollucht bij de deur naar buiten. Jammer, dit deel zou voor diner en ontbijt veel en veel beter moeten

De omgeving

Cons:

Wij hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van de welness wegens volzet. Hadden we op voorhand een melding gekregen dat we dit op tijd moesten reserveren, hadden we dit voor ons verblijf al kunnen doen.

Klein puntje, waren niet op de hoogte dat we de wellness moesten reserveren maar desondanks was het een subliem verblijf
