Hidden Gem. Fantastic stay in Vanadzor.

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses. L'hôtel est bien placé.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste a refusé de nous servir le petit déjeuner à 7 heures 30, celui-ci étant servi a partir de 8 heures. Nous avons donc payé le petit-déjeuner dans la réservation sans l'avoir consommé. Difficile de reporter un rendez-vous pour pouvoir seulement boire un café, dans les heures d'ouverture!
Le chauffage était au maximum dans la chambre, nous avons demandé à ce qu'il soit baissé, impossible sauf à l'enlever dans tout l'établissement, du coup nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes.
Le réceptionniste a insisté pour être payé en liquide !
Le Royal Palace n'a de royal que le nom

Pros:

Отличный отель, чисто, тепло, уютно, хорошая мебель, сантехника новая. Номер просторный, стильный интерьер, всё удобно. Парковка на внутренней территроии, очень хорошее расположение отеля - до центра 10 мин. пешком. Завтрак понравился. Отель супер, рекомендую!

Pros:

Ενα ξενοδοχείο που καλύπτει βασικές ανάγκες σε μία μη τουριστική πολη. Το δωμάτιο που μου διατέθηκε (μονόκλινο) ήταν ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Το πρωινό επαρκές.

Helpful staff, great location.
Pros:

Good location from the main street. They have a friendly staff. The breakfast was tailored to our needs. When our child forgot his toys, they were nice enough to call us, and tell us they found it.
