Friendly and clean place

This is a lovely family run hotel in a quiet location that is still near to the center of Yerevan. Both Artur and Alisa were very helpful during my stay and show both myself and my infant daughter a lot of kindness.Having the kitchen area to do some meal prep and the balcony available for meals/chilling out was wonderful. If I could have stayed longer, I would have.

This was a quiet, clean hotel that was great for a 2 night stay as a solo traveller. The hosts were polite and welcoming, and the facilities (washing machine, kitchen, terrace) were handy. The room also had a mini fridge and air conditioning, which was useful.

Очень спокойное место,приехала на одну ночь переночевать.Владелец Артур в 23.00 отвёз меня в ближайший супермаркет на машине.В 11.00 был чек аут и мне позволили побыть на террасе столько,сколько нужно.Вобщем,только положительные впечатления.Рекомендую.

I love the location, staff, price and quiet of the hotel. This was my second time staying and I would do so again.

I truly loved my stay at Arm Hotel. What stood out the most was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was — it never felt like I was far from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of a family. It’s more than just a hotel; it felt like home. I would happily come back again!

My reserved room was rented to someone else, I arrived and they didn't accommodate me.

Incredibly nice hosts, very welcoming and helpful. They gave me delicious apricots for free and were very attentive.

Accomodation is very nice, beds are comfortable, rooms spacious enough. Staff (owners) are very kind and hospitable. Location is decent, you reach central location within 10-20min walk (depending on your pace :) ).

The couple who run the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. Alisa speaks very good English and Artur got up early one morning to help us get a taxi to the airport.

I had a delightful stay at Arm Hotel in Yerevan. The property was immaculately clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities, and boasted a charming, spacious common veranda along with a convenient common kitchen. Being a family-run establishment, the warmth and hospitality of the owners truly made my stay memorable. They were exceptionally kind and always ready to lend a helping hand, making the atmosphere incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The location of the hotel was secure and decent.
