Would you like to book a table in our restaurant? At what time between 7pm and 8.15pm ? Please inform us as well about your possible allergies or specific diets.

The spa is accessible free of charge for hotel guests, from 10 AM on the day of the arrival until 6pm on the day of departure.

When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR 45 per night applies.

Enjoyed our stay - will return if we are in the area
Pros:

Our stay at the Manoir exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely dinner there. Breakfast was very good. The grounds are beautiful. Staff - excellent. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Pros:

Furniture in room not comfortable. Hairy rugs in reception were not practical or attractive. Breakfast meal not special or interesting. Bonus problem; family with four children placed in room beside us. They were monsters and destroyed any possibility of relaxation.

Niet ontgonnen potentieel.

Zeer mooie locatie

Ontvangst van de Nederlandstalige gastheer was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Eten wordt voorgesteld met ster allures en prijs maar mist verfijning en is volgens mij dat geld niet waard.
Ontbijt vonden wij beiden (standaard) zeer mager.
Op het zonneterras achter het hotel weinig of geen personeel om de bestelling op te nemen.
Voor deze prijs per nacht mag er op details gelet worden : kraan van douche kapot, sproeier douche verkalkt waardoor straal naar overal spuit.

Prachtige omgeving met een beeldschoon ingericht landhuis, zeer sfeervolle design binnen en buiten.
Pros:

De faciliteiten zwembad en terras van de spa waren prima, het terras waar ontbijt werd geserveerd was prachtig met een schitterend uitzicht over de prachtige tuin en in de verte de bossen.
Prachtige kamers met mooie badkamers, wel ontbreekt een nachtlampje bij het bed om te kunnen lezen.

Cons:

Het personeel bij het ontbijt heeft duidelijk meer coaching nodig, cappuccino werd niet begrepen en eggs Benedict uit de keuken waren een rommeltje op een bord. De sauna en stoombad stonden erg heet, bijna 90 C en we merkten dat meerdere gasten dit ook vonden, beter zou zijn rond 80 C, er was geen personeel om aan te spreken, kennelijk is daar niemand als er schoonheidsbehandelingen worden gegeven. Jammer dat je dan ook geen drankje kunt bestellen bij het zwembad terras.

Das Hotel sowie die gesamte Anlage sind wirklich wunderschön – eine traumhafte Location.

Cons:

Leider war der Service durchweg unaufmerksam und nicht auf dem Niveau, das man von einem 5*-Hotel erwarten würde.

Wir sind zu sechst angereist, ursprünglich mit dem Ziel, dort unsere Hochzeit zu feiern. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sich der Eventmanager Herr Reinertz sogar an Ostern Zeit für uns genommen hat – das wissen wir durchaus zu schätzen. Leider bleibt dies jedoch der einzige wirklich positive Punkt im Servicebereich.

Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld gestaltete sich schwierig: Auf E-Mails wurde oft erst nach mehrmaligem telefonischen Nachfassen reagiert. Auch nach unserem Aufenthalt hat sich daran nichts geändert.

Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war der Service insgesamt problematisch – sowohl an der Bar als auch beim Mittag- und Abendessen. Es fehlte häufig an Aufmerksamkeit, Struktur und echter Serviceorientierung.

Besonders enttäuschend war zudem, dass ein geplanter Anbau des Hotels im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert wurde. Nach unserem Besuch haben wir hierzu eine E-Mail an Herrn Reinertz verfasst – diese blieb ebenfalls unbeantwortet.

Ein derartiger Umgang ist für ein Haus dieser Kategorie sehr ungewöhnlich und hinterlässt bei uns ein insgesamt ungutes Gefühl.

Fantastisch op het diner na!
Pros:

Het hotel en de ambiance was top. Alles was erg schoon en met zorg ingericht. Super mooi en ook de spa is geweldig. Kamer en badkamer zeer netjes en mooi ingericht. De ontvangst bij binnenkomst was zeer goed en voelde direct als warm welkom. Ook regelde zij direct dat wij van een lunch gebruik konden maken. Was echt een fijne service! Later lag er op de kamer nog een warm welkom met een persoonlijk bericht omdat we iets te vieren hadden.

Cons:

Het diner was ronduit teleurstellend, het hoofdgerecht was 1 persoon was te koud, het hele diner was veel te simpel en absoluut niet het niveau wat je van een 5 sterren hotel mag verwachten. Geen amuse helemaal niets 70 euro pp is het echt niet waard. Echt een zware tegenvaller. De bediening was erg onervaren en wist te veel dingen niet. Andere hotelgasten hebben net als wij, dat ter plekke aangegeven en daar werd niet op geanticipeerd. Ook de kennis van wijn, wat je mag verwachten was er niet. We vierden een speciale dag dat was bekend maar er werd niets extra’s gedaan, bij het dessert had dat wel leuk en feestelijk geweest. Kortom ik zou het afraden om daar te gaan eten. Heb dit bij het uitchecken ook aangegeven.

Very special treat for our family of four in beautiful surroundings
Pros:

Location, beautiful manoir with lovely views, gardens and stylish rooms, very nice spa and very friendly staff

Cons:

The service in the restaurant was extremely slow. We started dinner at 19:45 and left at midnight! A pity because the food was really good. But the long wait spoiled it a bit
