The spa is accessible free of charge for hotel guests, from 15:00 on the day of arrival, to 12:00 on the day of departure.

Incredible experience.
Pros:

Place was very private. The food quality was incredible. SPA facilities were also great. It was very calming and relaxing.

Everything. It is beautiful, it is cozy, food is great and staff is amazing. The suites must have been renovated not so long ago, so thay are very good.

Tolles Haus mit neuem Inhaber, aber leider eine Service-Wüste!

Das Gebäude, die frisch renovierte Ausstattung und die Umgebung sind beeindruckend!

Ganz klar der Service, da dieser im Grunde nicht stattgefunden hat!
Wir waren zu sechst zu Gast und haben sowohl zu Mittag wie auch zu Abend gegessen; der Service für war bemüht und überwiegend nett, aber keinesfalls aufmerksam und schon gar nicht effizient.

Viel schlimmer aber war, dass wir über den Tag hinweg 3 x an der geöffneten Hotel-Bar saßen, für die dich irgendwie niemand verantwortlich fühlte. Wir mussten für jede(!!!) Bestellung die Rezeption aufsuchen um darum zu bitten, dass man jemanden vorbeischickt damit wir bestellen können. Und das war jedes Mal nötig! Zu glauben, man hätte uns allmählich mal „auf dem Schirm“ und man würde uns zwischendurch mal proaktiv fragen, ob man was für uns tun könne, war leider ein Trugschluss…!

Es war auch leider keine Momentaufnahme sondern der nicht erfolgende Service, die fehlende Serviceorientierung und die nicht vorhandene Umsichtigkeit zogen sich so durch.

Mein Fazit: tolles Hotel, dem es eindeutig an Führung fehlt, die alles im Blick hat!

Pros:

Where do I start? I loved the decoration and feel of the property. The staff were amazing!! Great front desk, dining service and room service. Let me say the food was amazing! The chateau is newly renovated and it shines. So cozy . This is a great add to any journey in the Ardennes. Highly recommend.

Zeer mooi en aangenaam met kleine verbeterpuntjes
Pros:

De omgeving, de stilte en de rust.
Na een wandeling van de welness genieten... heerlijk

Cons:

Ontbijt was zeer eenvoudig (pover) voor een dergelijk hotel.
Restaurant was lekker maar vrij duur en het duurde verschrikkelijk lang tussen de verschillende gangen

Omgeving is prachtig, fantastisch uitzicht en je bent totaal met de natuur verbonden. De kamer was super mooi, gezellig,tv programma geeft niet alle Nederlandstalige zenders aan, voor deze prijs toch een must. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Aperitiefje heeft een uur geduurd om te komen meedelen dat ze de Kir van het huis niet hebben, nog half uur later pas een simpele Porto gekregen. Ontbijt, geen latte macchiato beschikbaar, geen verse streekproducten beschikbaar, fruitsap niet vers, yoghurt uit potjes, geen pâté,of witte pensen voor de streek gekend beschikbaar, prijs zeer duur 32 euro voor wat er is,pistolets ook niet beschikbaar, brood was weer heerlijk. Bedankt Maud voor de perfecte pedicure behandeling. Doet haar werk super 👍

Amazing trip for a lovely relaxing weekend at Spa. All we needed
Pros:

The infrastructures are incredible: the garden is beautiful, spacious and modern rooms, nice view and relaxing wood walks.
The personal was nice. We had a heating problem during the second day and they directly called us to change our room to an upgraded one with a free drink. Really nice move

Cons:

The breakfast a bit standard for a five stars hotel
We didn’t go to the restaurant because really expensive
The pool in the spa was a bit cold

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer mooie locatie. Ultieme rust, goede wellness met uitstekende behandelingen !!!

Ik zou het iedereen aanraden
Pros:

Het ontbijt was fantastisch! Veel keuze en erg lekker.
Er werd enorm goed geluisterd naar onze verzoeken en wensen. Het was de verjaardag van mijn vriendin en ze hadden de hele kamer enorm mooi versierd met rozenblaadjes kaarsen en ballonnen.

Very nice but for the price not good enough
Pros:

The style of the mansion with open fireplace, kind staff and the spa part. Best hot stone ever.

Cons:

Lack of staff for checkin and check out. You must wait as only 1 person is handling it.
For a 5 star hotel, I would expect more finesse in serving the guests.
Example. Total power outage happened at 18.00 on the 17.1.
Lasted almost an hour where guests couldn’t enter their rooms etc.
no info shared and nothing done from staff side like hey sit down we provide drinks and snacks and keep cool.
It was like a mess.
This caused a delay for the dinner. No problem BUT the outcome was, we were not allowed to order a la carte and had to choose from 2 defined menues.
Hot dishes not really hot (and no preheated plates), no cleaning crumbs of the table between dishes etc.
lots to enhance to be a 5 star player in my book.
