Cons:

La réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli était vraiment très désagréable. Aucun sourire et vous répond sèchement sans daigner lever la tête.
Quand vous arrivez avec vos valises et qu'elle vous demande sèchement : c'est pourquoi ? Je ne trouve pas ça très professionnel pour un hôtel de ce standing
Aussi je trouve l'espace pour le petit-déjeuner un peu étroit. Beaucoup de mal à circuler entre les clients pour se servir. L'idée de cuire soi-même ses pancakes et gaufres n'était pas mal en soi mais du coup l'attente était très longue

zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie ligging aan een park, prachtige wellness, mooie kamer met heerlijke bedden,
lekker ontbijt

Cons:

weinig, wel hadden we graag grotere slaapkussens. Wees ook op tijd voor het ontbijt want stipt 10u wordt alles ontruimt

Not the SPA hotel you thing your getting with paying a premium price
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Well equipped.
The spa was good overall.
Breakfast also good.

Cons:

Reception behaviour was stressful, trying to blame me for their mistakes in communication. In the end it was all sorted out, but what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, started with a lot of uneccessary stress.
The restaurant was very cold, barely any heating, we had to wait 2 hours to get a set menu and the food quality/quantity was pathetic.
The breakfast room was also cold, and so was the treatment room!!!
