Bon hotel mais point negatif pour la literie

Situation très correcte pour se rendre aux francos de Spa
Petits dejeuners copieux et classiques servis a table ce que nous avons apprécié !
Propreté de la chambre

Cons:

La literie … matelas flasque et sommiers bruyants … malheureusement j ai lu à postériori plusieurs commentaires identiques … pourquoi ne pas avoir améliorer ce point ?
Dommage, nous ne reviendrons pas à cause de cela, la qualité de la literie etant primordiale pour nous

Wonderful stay, with a minor locking issue that should be easy to remedy.
Pros:

Eva made our stay lovely, she went above and beyond to ensure we had the best visit.

Cons:

The only entrance/exit to the building is locked from the afternoon to mid-morning, which is understandable to keep people out, but it is also locked from the inside when trying to get out. We had two rooms with two guests in each and realized that when we only had a total of 2 keys, we were essentially locked in at times. This presented a serious fire hazard, and came to mind when a fire alarm went off and I was locked in the building because the two other keys were outside with other guests.

-Check-in erst ab 17:30 möglich. Keine Antwort bei Anfrage für frühere Anreise zw. 16:00 - 17:00 Uhr!!
-Check-out schon um 10:00 Uhr!!
-Außer im Hotelzimmer keine Aufenthaltsbereiche für Hotelgäste. Diese sollen sich ausschließlich im Zimmer aufhalten. Alle anderen Bereiche sind gesperrt inklisive dem Garten um das Hotel.
-Frühstück schlecht. Einen Berg Schinken+Käse lieblos auf zu kleinem Teller aufgehäuft. Keine Nachfrage ob vegetrisch gewünscht. Und das in einen Hotel, das Abends Esssen auf Gault-Millau-Qualität anbieten soll?!!! Die Anfrage nach einem gekochten Ei wurde brüsk abgelehnt.
-Das gebuchte Zimmer im Hotel hatte schwarze Schimmelflecken im Bad.
-Stechmücken und Fliegen im Zimmer, da keine Mückenschutzgitter angebracht sind.
-kein Fernseher

Wir übernachten viel in Hotels. So etwas wie in diesem Hotel haben wir noch nie erlebt. Zum Glück hatten wir danach in Spa noch eine andere Hotelübernachtung, wo alles perfekt stimmte.

Die Nettigkeit der Dame, die uns einließ und am nächsten Tag das Frühstück servierte. Auch hier wurde uns der Rest des Frühstücks mitgegeben. Allerdings waren wir die einzigen Gäste, was wir aber als sehr gut empfanden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nichts, das Badezimmer zwar groß, aber sehr seltsam, wahrscheinlich war es früher, als das Hotel noch ein Bahnhof war, eine Abstellkammer. Alles in allem bräuchte das Zimmer mal eine Renovierung. Unglücklicherweise hatten wir Mücken im Zimmer😒 und das Bett war nicht gerade bequem. Am Schlimmsten ist die Treppe (in meinen Augen eher eine Hühnerleiter) in den oberen Stock zu den Zimmern. Nichts für ältere Menschen!

Excellent repas du soir. Petit déjeuner très bon. Sucré et salé , jus d'orange et yaourt artisanal. Le personnel est très gentil.
Le restaurant et l'hôtel ne sont pas du même niveau. Restaurant de très bon niveau 14/20 Gault et Mihaut et chambres de l'hôtel de niveau assez moyen. Dommage. Nous n'y retournerons pas .

Cons:

La chambre mériterait quelques aménagements : TV, supports pour déposer les valises, gobelets dans la salle de bain, prises de courant pour recharger les GSM, ... Mais surtout, remplacer ce lit bon marché par une literie de qualité. L'ensemble du couchage est à prix discount. ( drap housse d'hiver durant la canicule !!). Nous avons très mal dormi !
