주인 아주머니가 정말 친절한 숙소
Pros:

호텔 시설 자체는 무난했습니다. 지하철역과의 거리도 크게 멀지 않아 이동의 불편함도 없었어요. 하지만 무엇보다 강조하고 싶은 건 주인 아주머니께서 정말 친절하시다는거에요! 저희는 개인 일정 때문에 호텔에서 아침 식사를 할 수가 없는 날들이 있었습니다. 하지만 주인 아주머니께서 그런 저희를 배려해주셨고 전날 밤에 아침 식사를 미리 제공해주셔서 아침에 밥 걱정 없이 잘 챙겨먹고 일정을 소화할 수 있었어요! 아침 식사 자체도 정말 맛있었고요! 그리고 저희가 체크아웃 하는 날 예레반을 밤 늦은 시간에 떠나야 했는데 아주머니께서 그 시간까지 친절히 짐도 맡겨주셨고 심지어 호텔 로비에서 잠시 쉬고 갈 수 있게도 해주셨습니다!
정말 아르메니아에 있는 동안 여러모로 편의를 제공해주셔서 편하게 여행할 수 있었던 것 같습니다! 예레반 호텔을 찾으신다면 이 숙소를 강력 추천합니다!

One of the best hotels in Yerevan
Pros:

Everything is perfect. Tamara is the best host I have encountered traveling, and I almost live by traveling. She was very kind when I had a problem with my bank card. Very helpful with fixing any problems.

Rooms are clean and they have everything you need. The location is perfect. Close to shops, bus stops, metro, etc.

I %100 recommend hotel for you to anyone staying in Yerevan.

Pros:

Metróhoz közel,városközpont pár megállóra. Nem sok időt töltöttünk a szálláson, de amikor ott voltunk, zavartalanul pihenhettünk. Tamara, a szállasadónk egy nagyon kedves, készséges asszony.

Pros:

صبحانه سالم و خوب بود بیشتر مثل چیزی که تو خونه میخوریم تخم مرغ و پنیر و خیار و گوجه و مربا و کره و وبه درخواست شما چای یا قهوه سرو میشد ، نان لواش و کروسان شکلاتی و یه کرم خامه ای ، فضای کوچیک و ساکتی که به درد استراحت میخوره ولی محیط خوبی داره و دسترسی خوبی هم داره بیشتر مثل یه آپارتمان تمیز و خودمونی هست ولی خانم مهربون و با احترامی مدیر اونجاست

یه کم میتونست دکورش زیبا تر بشه
توی فضا احتیاج به موسیقی و نور پردازی بود
ومیشد صبحانه ها متفاوت باشه با همین تخم مرغ میتونیم خوراکهای متفاوتی درست کنیم ، یعنی با سلیقه تر باشیم

Доброжелательность, чистота и уют...
Pros:

Превосходный гостевой дом, с замечательными хозяевами.
Wi-fi соединение отличное, кого это волнует, имеются рабочие кондиционер и холодильник.
Есть разные номера на любой вкус, плотные завтраки - в наличии, с отлично сваренным кофе.
Ещё одно преимущество этого отеля - удобное расположение. Тихий район, где неподалеку можно найти продуктовые магазины, закусочные и банки. Также, примерно, за 5-6 минут можно добраться до метро.

Wonderful host and a lovely place to stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in Yerevan, thanks to a wonderful host, Tamara, who was so kind and helpful. Hotel just a short trip via metro to the centre of Yerevan. Neighbourhood quiet and we enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.

Great hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Super friendly staff, comfortable stay. Our room had a big balcony. We had trouble with another place and we booked this hotel at 1 am and they were super accommodating. Recommend!

We felt like at home
Pros:

Tamara is the best host!:) Really helpful and kind! The hotel is good, just perfect location few minutes from metro and bus stations, there are a lot if cafes, shops and banks there. The room was nice, and the breakfast too. Definitively we will stay only there if we'd go to Yerevan once again. We felt like at home!
