Krásné výhledy na hory, byli jsme ubytování v nejvyšším patře.

Pohodová recepční.

Всё очень понравилось! В апартаментах было чисто и уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая, все возникающие вопросы решала быстро и всегда была на связи. Отдельно хочется отметить отличное расположение: рядом метро, магазины и всё, что может понадобиться во время поездки. Остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз!

Eine gute Adresse für eine Reise nach Yerevan.
Pros:

Leckeres authentisches Frühstück und freundliche Betreiberin. Sie spricht Englisch.
Check ihn ohne Probleme. Faire Preise.

Cons:

Die Lage erfordert einige Meter zu laufen. Es ist halt nicht das Zentrum. Doch das wusste man vorher und dafür ist es entsprechend günstiger.

šeimininkė buvo nuostabi,padėjo visais klausimais ,gavome daug naudingos informacijos pradedant nuo ekskursijų ir ką pamatyti Jerevano mieste iki nuvykimo į oro uostą.labai geras aptarnavimas, sotūs ir skanus pusryčiai,gera vieta.

Staying near Metro station in a quiet area.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly, and has a very good personality that gives a good atmosphere around. Hotel near Metro station, furnishings in the room.

Cons:

Shared bathroom, shower and toilet bowl at the same spot, not clean. I would recommend reading attentively on booking as some of the rooms have a shared bathroom. Sewage stinks from the bathroom are permanently present.

Очень понравился отель! Рекомендую однозначно! Удобное расположение, до метро рядом, обменники, магазины, столовая, все в шаговой доступности. Очень тихо в гостинице и чисто, очень внимательная и гостеприимная хозяйка! Вкусные завтраки, нам всё понравилось! Спасибо!
