Pros:

Ich hab mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, das Hotel sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit lokalen Produkten, Teppichen und Weiteres geschmuckt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Bett perfekt. Aus meinem Fenster könnte ich den Ararat sehen, das war das Beste!

Cons:

Abends kommt ist aus dem Tal bis ca. 22 Uhr lokale Musik zu hören.

Pros:

No es un alojamiento, es una comunidad que abre sus puertas para que vivas un poquito del espiritu armenio. La calidez del lugar, cada rincón es amoroso, no me quería ir. Solicite una habitacion con vistas al Monte Arart y me dieron una maravillosa. Eternamente agradecida, voy a volver cada vez que este de visita.

Pros:

The place is magical and the staff makes it even more so. It is very quiet in the cosy garden, and very pleasant to eat delicious breakfast on the terrace. The decorations are great and you can also buy some cute stuff at their shop. The room was nice and had everything including fridge and kettle. But what made it special is people, very kind and helpful. I was travelling after small surgery and they really saved my day after flight cancellation, greeted me at 1 am and let me stay a bit longer to sleep. Thanks for showing the best of Armenian hospitality!

Cons:

Can't think of anything, but maybe you should consider they have a lot of stairs if you struggle with walking.

Возможно, вам проблематично перекрасить стены, но вы можете починить душевой шланг, заменить плафон и попробовать помыть

Понравились люди. Отзывчивые сотрудники, которые старались помогать и оказывать гостеприимство. Также понравилось пространство гостиной-столовой и открытая веранда: красиво, уютно, погружает в атмосферу Армении. Завтрак хороший, разнообразный и вкусный. Спасибо.

Меня удивило состояние номера, потому что фото и отзывы создавали более приятное впечатление. Для меня важная «половина комфорта» - это чистота номера. Уборка сделана хорошо, но шторы и покрывало очень старые, плафон ободран, дешевой шланг протекает, а стены грязные. При этом общие пространства - гостиная/столовая в прекрасном состоянии, там было очень приятно проводить время.

A gem: an urban oasis full of character, charm, culture and comfort.
Pros:

This is a gem, full of character, charm, interesting features and artefacts, and a living craft centre as well. Breakfast - superb - under the pomegranate trees to the accompaniment of migrating bee-eaters and with a vista to Mt Ararat on a clear day is a joy. Having been assigned here last year on my first visit to Yerevan I had no hesitation booking directly myself when I returned this year. So very different from typical urban hotels I see when touring; it has a rural, timeless ambience: an oasis in the city.

Cons:

My only tiny quibble might be the evening dining menu. It’s ok but not amazing.
