Мы остались очень довольны и теперь это наш любимый отель в Ереване.
Pros:

Великолепный аутентичный отель, хорошие завтраки, очень вежливый персонал, парковка, классные развлечения и мастерклассы.

Cons:

Немного уставшая инженерка, краны, сливы воды в душе. Нам это совершенно не испортило отдых, но если кому-то это важно, то стоит иметь ввиду.

not good for value at all, deserves at least 40% less than its current price

the garden place is peaceful

Cons:

bathroom is not maintained and not 100% clean, the room they gave has zero privacy if you just opened the curtains all guests will be able to see you every time they go to their rooms. reception lady was aggressive and not friendly and rejected to check me in only 20 minutes early than 2pm.

Pros:

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel isn't perfect, and for the price I expected a little more, but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

The location is great—quiet and peaceful, so it's easy to relax. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the restaurant is really good, with tasty food and fair prices. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The room, however, had seen better days. Also, even though I'm not very tall, the double bed was surprisingly short, so I had to sleep diagonally to stop my feet from hanging off the end. The air conditioning was just okay, which wasn't ideal during the hot weather.

Still, despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

Pros:

Very charming and authentic hotel
Pros:

Very charming and authentic hotel, highly recommend it. The stay was perfect, and the service was outstanding, they even packed us thoughtful lunchboxes for our early morning tours. Don't miss the chance to see their team weaving traditional Armenian carpets on-site.

Cons:

The hotel is located a bit uphill, so we always used a taxi because of the heat. However, the place is within walking distance of the city center. The taxi prices are reasonable, but traffic was crazy because of the bridge closure. Also, there is a metro station a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but it's hard to say which option is faster in Yerevan.

Lovely small boutique hotel, right at the sweet spot between local charm and modern amenities
Pros:

Lovely clean and well organized room, with a view of Mount Ararat. Beautifully decorated interiors, a shop of locally produced craft in the lovely lobby. There is a gorgeous back garden, overlooked by the breakfast terrace. Carpet weaving carpet take place in the building so sometimes you can see the weaving talking place. Very good breakfast, attentive staff, overall highly recommended!

Cons:

There is a music venue in the vicinity which is heard till late in the evenings if windows are open.
Coffee at breakfast is considered and extra at an additional charge
