Lovely small boutique hotel, right at the sweet spot between local charm and modern amenities
Pros:

Lovely clean and well organized room, with a view of Mount Ararat. Beautifully decorated interiors, a shop of locally produced craft in the lovely lobby. There is a gorgeous back garden, overlooked by the breakfast terrace. Carpet weaving carpet take place in the building so sometimes you can see the weaving talking place. Very good breakfast, attentive staff, overall highly recommended!

Cons:

There is a music venue in the vicinity which is heard till late in the evenings if windows are open.
Coffee at breakfast is considered and extra at an additional charge

Pros:

Отель небольшой, всего несколько номеров.Видно, что старались обустроить его, очень милый и красивые вещицы в столовой и на первом этаже. Персонал отзывчивый. Принимают оплату наличными или картой, при этом на booking вы его оплатить не сможете. Эта функция снята.

Cons:

При брони надо учитывать, что размер кровати в длину всего 170 см. Поэтому для высоких людей она не подойдет по причине дискомфортного сна.Об этом не предупреждают. Если вы выходите погулять в город просят оставить ключ и не забирать его с собой на случай(дословно)-"если вы потеряетесь". Завтрак простой, но вполне.

Ich hab mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, das Hotel sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit lokalen Produkten, Teppichen und Weiteres geschmuckt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Bett perfekt. Aus meinem Fenster könnte ich den Ararat sehen, das war das Beste!

Cons:

Abends kommt ist aus dem Tal bis ca. 22 Uhr lokale Musik zu hören.

Pros:

No es un alojamiento, es una comunidad que abre sus puertas para que vivas un poquito del espiritu armenio. La calidez del lugar, cada rincón es amoroso, no me quería ir. Solicite una habitacion con vistas al Monte Arart y me dieron una maravillosa. Eternamente agradecida, voy a volver cada vez que este de visita.

Pros:

The place is magical and the staff makes it even more so. It is very quiet in the cosy garden, and very pleasant to eat delicious breakfast on the terrace. The decorations are great and you can also buy some cute stuff at their shop. The room was nice and had everything including fridge and kettle. But what made it special is people, very kind and helpful. I was travelling after small surgery and they really saved my day after flight cancellation, greeted me at 1 am and let me stay a bit longer to sleep. Thanks for showing the best of Armenian hospitality!

Cons:

Can't think of anything, but maybe you should consider they have a lot of stairs if you struggle with walking.
