Overall a good experience and decent hotel, but the situation with water and electricity made me sad

Very good location, right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to everything you need

Cons:

There were a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, such as a broken shower hose and shower handle. However, the main disappointment was the lack of basic utilities during my stay.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first night, there was no water or electricity. On the second night, the electricity was out again, which meant I couldn't use the air conditioning or even take a shower.

I understand that unexpected issues can happen, and I don't blame the hotel for the outage itself. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. No one acknowledged the inconvenience, apologized, or offered any form of compensation or goodwill gesture. A simple apology gesture or a small discount would have gone a long way in showing that the hotel values its guests.

Nice place for a short visit in Yerevan.
Pros:

Good breakfast, excellent location, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, and good value for money overall.

Cons:

The entrance to the parking is two buildings before the hotel, which is not mentioned on the Booking page. Took us half an hour to find the entrance on a very busy street. No elevators, which was ok for us, but also was not mentioned anywhere, and should be taken into consideration.
