Rude and unhelpful staff
Pros:

The location was ideal as it was in the heart of city centre right opposite the Opera House. Every attraction was a walkinh distance away. The room had AC which help alot for us to stay cool.

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude and purposely unhelpful. They pretend to not understand english but the fact is they didn't just bother being nice. The young guy on reception was so annoyed when I asked a few basic questions when checking in like where to park my car as there is a parking problem in Yerevan and this hotel claimed they had free parking. Anything I asked, I would get a proper response in 2nd or 3rd attempt.

The hotel was extremely basic and in the basement of a residential building yet very expensive. Rooms were really small. Breakfast was served but was disappointing.

We booked for 3 nights but ended up leaving in 2 and losing our money as they didn't cancel the booking. Overall not a good experience.

Odamız 3. kattaydı ve binada asansör bulunmamakta....
Kahvaltı için ana binaya yürümemiz gerekti ve kahvaltı ortamı rahat değil. Ortalıkta konulan masalar kahvaltı yerine dönüştürülmüş.
Konaklama için fatura istedim. 2 günde faturamı gönderemediler.

Pros:

La struttura è ben tenuta. Siamo stati bene qui a Opera Avenue Hotel. È sempre presente qualcuno dello staff 24 ore su 24 nel caso di necessità. La posizione è ottima vicino a qualsiasi tipo di attrazione. La stanza era ad un piano seminterrato e non molto illuminata. La pulizia e il cambio di lenzuola era quotidiana. La colazione era ok ed era presente il necessario. Lo staff si è mostrato molto disponibile e gentile nello stampare i nostri biglietti di ritorno. Super consigliata, non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
