Le camere sono pulite e ben messe.....unica nota dolente sono tutte collocate al piano a scendere

piano semi interrato e rumore di motore dei condizionatori nel cortile

Не было возможности постирать вещи, так как в отеле не было стиральной машины или прачечной, но в городе есть специальные прачечные, поэтому это не было большой проблемой
Звукоизоляция не сильно хорошая, слышно звуки и разговоры из коридора, но ночью было тихо, поэтому не особо мешало

Нас встретил ночью работник ресепшена очень грубый, постоянно затыкал мне рот, говоря, что все спят и надо говорить шепотом. Хотя я предупредтла заранее, что мы прилетает в 3 часа ночи. Он нас заселил в комнату прям в метре от ресепшена. Мы сходили в душ, легли спать в 5 утра, а в 7 утра на ресепшене появились сужчины и начали громко разговаривать, сдышимость ооочень сильная, в итоге спать было невозможно. На стене таракан, туалет шумит. Не номер-а комната каартиры🤦🏼‍♀️ на завтрак ничего не дают нормального-спагетти, омлет с фасолью, помидоры и огурцы нарезанные. Остались очень недовольны

Completely waist of money. Upon booking I sent a special message that we will arrive around midnight. We arrived at 12:05 after struggling to find the place. It's an underground hotel with no visible signs from the streetside. The receptionist were totally surprised to see us and asked me twice if it sure we booked the room with them. When I showed him our reservation, he admitted that he has us on the book finally...I think what happened is that they believed we are not coming as it was late night and gave our room to someone else....one thing for sure. The room we finally got was dreadful and definitely wasn't worth even half of the money...a small room with no aircircularion and 2 single bed even though we specifically asked for a queen size. I can not say it was no windows, as there is one but it's a fake o e as it has a wall behind it....nothing looked like in the photos. Free parking has been advertised but the guy said is too late and the local residents took all the spaces already, and anyway it's too hard for him to explain how to get with the car behind the building. Pointed out several times that he's not happy, I'm come this late, no matter is tried to explain that my flight arrived at 11pm so not too much I could do from my side. Next shock was the breakfast on the following morning. Unbelievable!!! Never seen such a thing . Not sure how many rooms this hotel has but for sure is more than 2 or 3 . However in the breakfast area, which by the way the kitchen as well, there is one oval table sit 6 people max. !!! Guests are waiting to able to squeeze themselves in one end of the table and sit by that one table, try to finish fastest possible, so others can sit as well. Like a family kitchen where all the cousins staying for a week and they have no room for the extended family ....honestly.....4 star hotel ? It was weak and below critics even for a hostel !!!

Very unprofessional approach to the guests unfortunately. The young lady administrator was on the phone when we arrived screaming like hell. We had to wait quite long before we got assistance from her. She even didn't apologize for the delay and inappropriate behavior for the receptionist. No information was given about breakfast, about the way the rooms are cleaned - you need to put the sign on the door otherwise nothing happens. Other administrators ( men) are quite helpful. Breakfast is ok however do not expect much. Even in the season of fruit we didn't get any on the table. Pity as the fruit is quite cheap in august. You get cucumbers and tomatoes and nothing else from fresh food. The breakfast table is just a big round table where all the guests sit together, don't expect any privacy. Not suitable for everyone. Another minus is that the rooms are situated below and you can get an unexpected visit from various insects. The first night there was a bug crawling on my leg. Very scary. Same happened next night with my friend and during the day we saw various bugs there. If you are ok with these neighbors enjoy your stay. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.
