Malgré l'absence de Martin nous avons dégusté le vin de grenade.

The owner was very friendly and treated us to delicious pomegranate wine made by him as soon as we arrived. He presented all of the facilities of the property and was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, had a lot of light and had a large bathroom. There is a terrace with a wonderful view that all the guests can use to relax. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to the Areni area.

Сказочное место, великолепный дом, чудесные хозяева! Нам хотелось посетить Нораванк на закате, поэтому решили переночевать в Арени. Это дом, из которого не хочется уезжать и все время тянет обратно. Абсолютная чистота и порядок, все продуманно до мелочей. Ухоженная территория, кухня с барной стойкой, шикарная огромная веранда наверху, где можно насладится красивым видом с чашечкой чая или бокалом вина. Невероятно гостеприимные и участливые хозяева, с которыми очень приятно общаться. Самое лучшее гранатовое вино, которое я когда-либо пробовала. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность хозяевам за то, что создали идеальное место для отдыха!

Extrem herzliche Gastgeber, die Hilfsbereitschaft ist außergewöhnlich! Die problemlos zu findende Lage in Areni mit Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist hervorragend, Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäft ungefähr 200m entfernt. Grandios ist auch der große überdachte Panoramabalkon mit Blick auf die umgebende Bergwelt. Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft ist auch bemerkenswert. Da es in der näheren Umgebung viel zu besichtigen gibt ist es meiner Meinung nach eine extrem gute Option diese Unterkunft für ein paar Nächte zu buchen und dann entspannt Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen.

What lan amazing place, and friendly host! The room looks like as a 4 star hotel room. The view from the rooftop is really beautiful. But the best are the hosts. It's a family run business, the boy is perfect in English, and his father is a very friendly guy. He has a winery as well, so you can buy some pomegranate wine from him with a very reasonable price. They are really helpful. I really enjoyed the staying. Thank you so much!

Martin nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a tout fait pour nous satisfaire. Les chambres sont confortables et suffisamment spacieuses. La cuisine et la terrasse sont très agréables. Nous avons apprécié aussi la dégustation de leurs vins avec de belles découvertes surprenantes. Merci

Martin is the perfect host. He is kind, polite, and always willing to help. He and his father produce different types of wine, and they kindly offered us a complimentary wine tasting.

The room was perfect: spacious, bright, air-conditioned, and with a large bathroom. We also had access to a very large shared terrace with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

100% recommended!
