La camera molto pulita e bella, nonché i proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili, a tal punto che ci hanno invitato per una degustazione di ottimi vini di loro produzione al nostro arrivo.

Lovely pomegrante wine place!
Pros:

EDI is a great host and a great vineyard producer of pomgrenate wine!! Very welcoming and helpful, i recommend to any traveller this spot!

Быстро показали номер, кровать комфортная, все чисто, удобно

Cons:

Было очень холодно ночью, кондиционер не помогал. Не хочу снижать оценку, попрошу хозяев на зиму поставить в номера небольшие обогреватели 🙏

Krásné ubytování mezi vinicemi
Pros:

Krásné, čisté ubytovaní s naprosto okouzlujícím výhledem na hory. Příjemný personál a luxusní domácí víno - nejlepší, co jsme v Arménii měli. Rodinná atmosféra a klid.

Cons:

Jediná výtka - velmi špatně šla regulovat tepla a studená voda, někdy ani tepla netekla. Ale celkový dojem to nezkazilo :)

Nice room
Pros:

The room was new and clean.
There are a couple of restaurants near there.

Cons:

Unfortunately, when we stayed the owner had been away and his grandmother was keeping the guesthouse. She doesn't speak English and we couldn't get much information about it.
When we asked for a taxi, she called the owner and we talked over the phone. He said that there's no taxi in the village, and that we had to hitch hike. Then we went to the nearest winery for help and the clerk called a taxi for us. We would like the owner to give us accurate information.
There is only a lace curtain on the window. We felt uncomfortable at night.

The room was great, big, comfortable and the view was amazing.
Edward, the host, was very welcoming, he gave me to try their homemade wine and it was very good!
They have a beautiful terrace for eating or just chilling.

Areni wine festival weekend - awesome hosts
Pros:

I stayed for the Areni Wine Festival weekend, spending both Friday and Saturday nights at this property. It was perfect, as I didn’t have to worry about taking a taxi back to Yerevan after enjoying all the delicious wine.
I arrived in Areni on Friday afternoon via private taxi, but Martin and his father, the hosts, kindly arranged a mini-van to take me back to Yerevan on Sunday morning at a very reasonable price.
The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do and see in the area.
The terrace boasts stunning views, and my room was spacious and comfortable.
Although breakfast isn't provided, there’s a wine shop nearby where I was able to grab coffee and bakery items. A mini-market is also just a short walk away, where you can find essentials.
All in all, I highly recommend this place. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Areni town center, which is safe and well-lit – you just follow the main roads. The Wi-Fi is fast too.

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts and wonderful terrace!
Pros:

We went to Areni for the wine festival, and had the pleasure of staying here!
Amazing family, Martin was extremely nice and helpful and his father gave us a tasting of the wines they make! The location is great, next to a market and an atm. The terrace is also amazing!

mooi uitzicht, gastvrijheid, kittens & wijn
Pros:

geweldige huisbaas, enthousiast, warm hart en behulpzaam.
meteen een wijnproeverij in zijn kelder gekregen. heerlijk.
coco en chanel, de huis kittens waren even gezellige gastheren.
lekkere rustplek op de eerste verdieping, waar je kan eten met prachtig uitzicht.
