**"An Exceptional Hidden Gem in Armenia – Highly Recommended!"**

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The elderly gentleman who welcomed us was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel at home with his warmth and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and full of charm—perfect for those who appreciate vintage decor.

Honestly, Booking.com does not do this place justice. The photos listed are unprofessional and don’t reflect how lovely the hotel truly is. Also, the pinned location is inaccurate (it leads to the middle of the street), so make sure to double-check before arriving.

We booked two rooms: a luxurious one with a jacuzzi and another massive room—both were fantastic! Despite the hotel’s older style, it was very quiet, and transportation to/from the area was neither expensive nor difficult. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those renting a car.

A special thank you to the elderly gentleman for his excellent taste and kindness, and to the sweet elderly lady who served breakfast—she was so friendly and welcoming. This place deserves more recognition, and I would gladly stay here again! **10/10!**

Really great value for the money in all aspects. The owner was really really kind and hospitable.
Pros:

The owner was really great, very nice and very polite. He prepared me tea and coffee and we had very nice converstaiton. Really friendly atmosphere, that made my stay in this nice hotel feel great. I will come back surely.

Pros:

Very nice family business owners, excellent place to be, very friendly people, absolutely amazing hotel.
Clean room, air conditioning working, convenient bathroom.
Artur is the best and makes you feel like you're at home.

My stay was a mess barely slept with Smelly bedroom blanket old pillows and towel.(gross)sneezed Most of the time. Dark bathroom And Heard every single steps.Bit far from the city. Has to Improve specially Cleanliness.

Basic but good family-owned hotel, proper value for money. Very nice hosts.
Pros:

Exceptional hospitality. We've checked in and out in the middle of the night, no problem. The hosts were always there, helpful, arranged for transfer from and to the airport, helped us to find whatever we needed in the city. You feel they really care.

Cons:

A bit far from the center of the city, however taxis are always available and cheap. Wifi could have been faster.

Pros:

A really nice and quiet place to stay. Felt myself like at home. Totally worth it! Also the staff is great, Artur is the best! Really good person, helpful, always tries to make you feel comfortable at his hotel. Highly recommend!

Pros:

I don't know how can people recommend this so- called hotel in a clear conscience ,stained bedsheets,unclean bathroom,weird Insects,Terrible location just next to a dusty construction site,hosts are nosy&intruding they don't speak a word in English. Rooms amenities don't exist only an overpriced mini bar.No hand's soap smelly Terrible toilet.
