Goed! Mooie omgeving... Maar met enkele fundamentele bedenkingen.
Pros:

Het domein zelf! Mooi onderhouden ook! De natuur en het uitzicht aan de bar zijn prachtig.
Sommigen onder het personeel zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het eten (ook ontbijt) is best prijzig zonder drank maar wel gevarieerd en lekker!

Cons:

Je komt eigenlijk NIET tot rust aan het zwembad en de welness. Een overload aan kinderen en lawaai... Thans uitgespeeld als troef? Genieten kan je niet. Het kinderzwembad of de kidsloze jacuzzi? Dat bestaat niet. Tip: kinderloze dagen?
1 werkende sauna voor al die mensen? En mensen die hun plekje reserveren aan de ligstoelen? Echt niet fijn!

De kamer was/is erg klein en donker. Graag een degelijke afvoer in de douche zodat het niet overloopt na amper 2 minuten he.

Duur voor wat je krijgt. We hadden meer verwacht op basis van de advertentie.
Pros:

De gebouwen zijn prachtig, en door de sneeuw werd het sprookjesachtig. Het ontbijt en diner waren lekker.

Cons:

Personeel was niet klantvriendelijk. Er was maar een van de twee sauna’s open en in die sauna passen maar 4 mensen. Veel te weinig voor het aantal gasten dat ze ontvangen. Bij het ontbijt kun je niet kant en klare eieren, vlees of kaas pakken. Je moet alles zelf snijden of bereiden.

Great stay
Pros:

The area was picturesque and quiet with lovely views and walks. The food on New Year's Eve was incredible, as was the breakfast. After the hype, New Year's Day was a touch subpar... but Maureen and Chiara made us feel welcome and helped a lot

Housekeeping was superb

Cons:

It was a bit pricey. The water pressure and temperature couldnt keep up with all the guests at times.
