Good value all inclusive but one barman really let them down.
Pros:

The food at dinner was great with lots of variety. Breakfast less so.

Cons:

Beds and seats really low off the ground made it an effort to get up. The barman in the 'lobby bar' on the first two days was great but the guy on the next 3 days was awful. Really resented you disturbing his time on his phone & visibly gestured it to intimidate you from going up again to 'disturb' him - worst customer service person ever!!

Cons:

The hotel is outdated, it doesn't seem to have been updated since the 1980s. The only thing that works well is the elevators. The whole hotel smells old, especially the rooms. I haven't seen a key like the one on the door in a hotel for a long time. The food was of a low standard, to the point that the three of us didn't eat a single meal in the dining room even though the accommodation is full board. In short, a bad hotel that is well located. Definitely not recommended.

Привіт
Відпочинок сподобався, доброзичливий персонал, різноманітна кухня, смачні страви. Розташування готелю у центрі міста надало додаткової зручності для прогулянок.
Готель однозначно рекомендую і сама буду мріяти повернутися сюди на наступний рік.
