Amazing runaway in a cozy place with nice relax area, friendly staff and fabulous beverages.
Pros:

Location and parking is great.
Breakfast and dinner are fabulous, especially the dinner.
Spacious rooms with amazing view.
Staff is very friendly, welcoming and ready to help with all requests.

Cons:

Steam bath was not hot enough.
Issues with showers in the SPA zone - sometimes working, sometimes not and can't control the temperature of the water.

Този хотел не е за пропускане!
Pros:

На първо място - отношението на персонала. Беше превъзходно. Също така храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна и разнообразна.

Cons:

Има възможност температурата в джакузитата в СПА центъра да се регулира по-прецизно. На нас ни беше горещо, но това все пак е въпрос на усещане и на навик.

Стаите са просторни,топли и чисти.
Храната е вкусна ,а ресторанта уютен.
Спа центъра е чудесен и също много чист.
Ще се върнем с удоволствие.

Хотелът е на тихо място, удобна локация. Стаите са модерно обзаведени, уютни и чистотата е на много високо ниво. Храната е вкусна и има разнообразие. Персоналът е изключително любезен, лъчезарен и отзивчив. Спа центъра е съвременен и поддържан много добре.

Perfect!
Pros:

Amazing property and nature around! The rooms are very comfortable and the beds amazing to sleep on - good mattresses! The staff is very very kind and cooperative! They helped us find the best places to visit and Martina went out of her way to even organise a tour guide for a local mountain! ⛰️ we felt super welcomed! The food was traditional Bulgarian and super fresh every day! Great variety!
The pools is very clean and the thermal waters exceptional ❤️ I plan to be back shortly with more family and friend!
Very quiet and cozy! Definitely not a party place which was fantastic 🍀 we could relax for 8 days and explore the best of the Mountains and the surroundings - the nature is wild! A treasure!

Cons:

If I could add anything, it would be barista quality coffee - there is one in Dupniza! Vergnano 1882! All coffee shops and restaurants, hotels can learn from them! ❤️ but it was not terrible coffee 😇
If I had another wish, it would be a gym or a yoga studio 🍀 but the spa is great!
