Pros:

номер хороший, но мне дали на первом этаже, хотя отель был не заполнен, и за отелем открывался невероятный вид на горы.
понравился бассейн и сауна, которыми можно было пользоваться бесплатно, что после долгой дороги из Барилоче было очень приятно

Cons:

вид из окна на въезд в паркинг, отсутствие завтрака за такую цену
не понравилось отсутствие штор в гостинной при полностью стеклянной стене с выходом на бассейн на первом этаже, это максимально было некомфортно

The hotel is okay, the apartment was spacious and well furnished.

Cons:

Very unpleasant experience with their dealing of an issue with laundry. They said we would be charged a certain price, but when we went to pay this price turned out to be triple. I had to complain loudly and involve the manager. Very unpleasant experience.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Das Zentrum war fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war sehr hellhörig und recht dunkel. Ein Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden oder die Vorhänge geöffnet werden, da wir im Erdgeschoss gegenüber dem Aufzug waren. Jeder konnte ins Apartment einsehen. Das Personal war sehr überheblich und arrogant.

Aussergewöhnlich herzliches Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war ausserordentlich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich von Beginn weg sehr willkommen.
Es waren das Appartement sauber, die Anlage gepflegt und die Lage topp.
Wehrmutstropfen war, dass unser Appartement im Erdgeschoss lag und deshalb sehr dunkel war. Da die Anlage ausgebucht war, war ein Wechsel nicht möglich. Als „Trost“ erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer - eine sehr sympathische Geste!
