The pools and the room were okay.
Very unfriendly staff. No english speaking staff member. It was hard and connected with strong discussions to get an invoice. Breakfast is not worthy to call it breakfast.
The hotel was nice, the stuff at the reception was friendly. The room was good, and the bathroom was clean.
The massage lady is a goddess!!!

The Spa Centre is small, they can add more facilities for 4 star hotel but it was nice.
I liked the most the view from the hotel, the kind staff, the rich breakfast and dinner, the spa; that the room was clean and spacious and that we had easy access to the forest.

Tha Spa is small and generally not overcrowded.
The hotel is cheap made and worn out. All the equipment inside is heavily used out. Everything looks not clean. The breakfast is from the cheapest goods possible.

Everything was great, except that it wasn't very clean, the outdoor pool was cold, but it was written and we were told that it would be available for use,

The room was large and also had a very large and convenient balcony. The atmosphere in the restaurant and the reception was also pleasant enough. The water was also very pleasant. Relatively good quality of breakfast.
The spa center closes too early at 19:00 o'clock. The check-in is after 14:00, so till you get ready and take some rest from traveling, for example, you barely have 3 hours on your first day for the spa. Facilities are pretty tight, I would say 20 people would make it look crowded. Hygiene was not the best (torn off towels, ants in the sink, smell of dirt-soaked carpet). The price-quality ratio is not justified.
