Très agréable séjour, endroit charmant et tranquille

Notre chambre était très grande et bien décorée, avec une très belle vue sur le jardin de l'hôtel et le lac. Nous avons apprécié le confort du lit et la propreté de la chambre. L'hôtel est doté de plusieurs salons et d'une grande salle à manger. On peut commander un petit lunch au besoin quand on part pour la journée en excursion. L'hôtel est situé à une dizaine de minutes du centre mais il y a par contre deux très bons restaurants juste à côté. C'est un endroit que je recommande absolument.

Hermoso lugar
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, las vistas increíbles, muchos espacios para estar y muy cómodas las habitaciones. el desayuno delicioso. La ubicación ideal, cerca de todo dentro del pueblo.

Las camas podrían mejorar, se movían un poco.

Overall a good and comfortable place for overnight stay.

Cons:

Depend the room allocated, we have to work two flights of stairs then deep down the corridor. Carpark at the front (on the main road) is very limited.

Unfortunate place to stay for last impression of El Calafate, a beautiful place.
Pros:

The only good thing was the young man at reception who tried his best to make up for the hotel's issues.

Cons:

Heat did not work. Sheets were dirty. Other than the above mentioned young man at check in, the staff were unfriendly.

Calidez y atencion es lo que vas a encontrar en este hotel
Pros:

La disposición del personal de recepción. Nos ayudaron un montón para conseguir excursiones o las consultas que le hicimos.

Cons:

El desayuno no era completo, mas bien básico. El hotel No tiene ascensor, y luego de un dia de trekking que venis muerto bajar en desnivel para llegar a las habitaciones o subir despues cuesta mucho, pero solo en ese contexto. En otra situación está OK

A comfortable hotel to stay in for sight seeing
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Fresh fruit slices and whole fruit was available. A good selection of bread for toast plus a range of hot dishes and some pastries to go with coffee.
The room was spacious with a view to lawn and gardens.
The hotel is a short distance from the 'tourist centre' of El Calafate however still in a good position.

Nothing to report here!
