Чистотата беше на ниво.

Cons:

Не работеха нито сауната, нито парната баня в спа зоната. Басейнът е малък и предвид свободното посещение от хора без резервации, нямаше свободни места около басейна в неделя.

Имаше обявена една цена за масаж- промоционална, за цялостен масаж, а всъщност масажът беше само на гръб, врат и задна част на краката и ни таксуваха на друга цена - по-висока Много некоректно.

Aparcamiento en la puerta gratuito, la piscina con jacuzzi y poza de aguas termales estaba muy bien.

La estancia fue correcta, pero hubieron varios aspectos que resultaron desagradables.
- El agua caliente del hotel procede de fuentes termales y tiene un olor muy intenso a huevo podrido debido al azufre. Entiendo que sea una característica natural del agua, pero considero que debería informarse claramente antes de la reserva, ya que el olor es muy fuerte y puede hacer muy incómodas la ducha y el baño para quienes no lo esperan. De echo, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación con la molestia de mover todas las cosas porque el olor era insoportable, y no nos bañamos y nos lavamos los dientes con agua embotellada.
- La recepcionista solo habla búlgaro.
- Había una mancha en el sillón, daba aspecto desagradable.
- La cena y desayuno no son gran cosa, esperaba algo mejor. La camarera nos cobró por darnos un poco de leche para el biberón de la niña (jamás me la habían cobrado).

Преди години съм била тук. Стаите са рениовирани. На рецепцията дамата беше любезна. На вечеря имаше няколко вида ястия по избор, салата. На закуска също имаше избор.

Някога имаха малко басейнче, което обаче стигаше за посетителите. В момента то е обградено от конструкция, в която има много шезлонги, плътно един до друг. Посетителите масово пушат, никакъв шанс за въздух.
Отделно, точно на входа на басейна, бях пресрещната от един господин, видимо подпийнал, който се опита да фамилиарничи, неприятно усещане. На излизане видях, че стои на рецепцията на Спа - то. Доста съм пътувала и пътувам и сама по света, не ми се беше случвало такова отношение. Никъде го няма това, не е професионално да се държи така човек. И да искам масаж, не бих отишла при точно такъв масажист, който отправя намеци. Ходила съм и ходя на масажи, професионалистите не изглеждат така.

Pros:

Локацията е добра, много тиха и спокойна, хигиената е на добро ниво, басейните се поддържат редовно и водата е топла, а персоналът е любезен.

Разбира се, има неща, които биха могли да се подобрят. Например, на вечеря нямаше супа, а също така липсваше и салата. Кърпите биха могли да се сменят по-често, а халатите е добре да бъдат подменени с нови и по-големи.

Въпреки това, като цяло впечатленията ни са положителни и смятам, че отново бихме посетили хотела за кратък престой.

Една обща забележка, която не е свързана пряко с хотела: не бяхме посещавали България през последните седем години и с изненада установихме, че има значително общо поскъпване на всичко, включително на услугите и стоките. Според мен това е свързано с процеса на присъединяване на България към еврозоната.

Просто за нас, македонците, България постепенно се превръща в скъпа страна
