Cons:

We booked a two-night stay through Booking.com and were already travelling from Sofia to Veliko Tarnovo when the hotel called to inform us that there was no hot water and no clear indication of when the problem would be fixed.

The proposed alternatives were to move us to another hotel or to stay and use bathroom facilities elsewhere. In our view, neither option was equivalent to the accommodation we had booked, and the situation caused significant inconvenience after we were already on the road.

What was most disappointing was that, despite being unable to provide normal accommodation conditions, the hotel refused our request for a free cancellation and still charged a cancellation fee.

I cannot review the actual stay because we never checked in. I can only review how a problem caused by the hotel was handled.

Резервирахме 2 нощувки чрез Booking.com и в деня на настаняването пътувахме от София към Велико Търново. Едва по време на пътуването получихме обаждане от хотела, че няма топла вода и няма яснота кога проблемът ще бъде отстранен.

Предложените варианти бяха да бъдем преместени в друг хотел или да използваме баня в друг обект. За нас това не е равностойно на резервираната услуга и създаде сериозно неудобство, след като вече бяхме на път.

Най-разочароващото беше, че въпреки невъзможността хотелът да осигури нормални условия за престой, искането ни за безплатно анулиране беше отказано и ни беше начислена такса за анулиране.

Не мога да оценя самия хотел, защото не отседнахме в него. Мога обаче да оценя начина, по който беше решен проблем, възникнал изцяло по вина на хотела.

Sadece konumunu begendik. Silvester otelin odalari daha temiz.

Temizlik ve personelin kasitli yanlis yonlendirmesi kabul edilemez. Hotel Silvester icin rezarvasyonumuz vardi . Gidince gorevli sicak su olmadigi icin bizi Bolvari otele yonlendirdi . Bolvari otel cok kotu kosullara sahip , cok yipranmis ve temiz degildi. Ve fiyati 23 euro iken bizden diger otelin fiyatini almis oldular. Ayrica kontrol ettigimizde Silvester otelin sicak suyunda bir sorun olmadigini gorduk.

Così non va bene
Pros:

Albergo molto centrale e con parcheggio per l'auto.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato 2 camere. Invece ci hanno dato una camera e un divano letto molto scomodo. Noi abbiamo detto che volevamo le 2 camere prenotate ma ci hanno risposto che se non accettavamo questa soluzione, dovevamo cercare altrove.

Я забронировал номер за 3 месяца до поездки. Позвонил уточнить актуальность брони дополнительно за 3 дня до поездки, но….. Когда я приехал к ним - мне сказали, что в моем номере наводнение и не могут меня принять. Помочь с поиском альтернативы тоже отказались.

И, конечно же, заставили отменить бронь на букинге, чтобы у меня не списались средства с карты.

Настоятельно рекомендую отказаться от их услуг. Поищите, в городе много хороших вариантов.

Pros:

Location was good. Parking space was safe. The room was quite big and it had two entrance doors (funny).

Cons:

Wi-fi was practically non existent in the room. There was no shower curtain which meant that whenever we took a shower the whole bathroom became full of water. There was no proper table to eat on in the room.
