Отношението на персонала, местоположението, ресторанта, верандата, терасата на стаята, леглото
Дребни неща, които се нуждаят от ремонт, малко тъмно беше обзавеждането на стаята, хладилникът беше много шумен.
Location is great and staff is really helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was way below average, the room was in terrible condition, the plastering on the wall was falling, the bathroom was leaking, lose electical sockets, It was really poor quality stay. The place has a huge potential but it is greatly neglected.
The breakfast was okay, shame they didn't have fresh fruit and for my partner who can only have gluten free food there was not much to choose from. Strange you have to pay extra for coffee with they breakfast but the quality of the coffee is good. The room was great, large (we did take the Junior Suite) en the view from the balcony was nice. The staff is excellent and they make you feel like home, and cater to your needs. The wine museum is free for Hotel guests and absolute worth while for a visit, do not miss the opportunity to go there! Melnik is a great little city to walk through and taste the local wine.
As mentioned before shame for my partner that there was not more to choose from and no fresh fruit. The Sauna en Whirlpool could use a fresh up, some of the tiles in the whirlpool were loose and the steam room was out of order, the lights were not working properly and it was a bit dark. Strange that you have to walk through the dinning room to get to the Sauna and I can imagine that some hotel guests would not be happy to walk in their bathing suits (there is a changing room downstairs but no lockers that I have seen) The property could do with a lift or something because if you have to carry your luggage after a day travel up 2 of 4 stairs (like we had too) that can be very tiresome for travellers. Over all the property can use a bit more care and a financial injection to get it up to date and spec, and they would even score higher than they do now. They could to with a drying rack on the balcony. But don't let this stop you to visit this Hotel and book the Junior suite, you will love the view from your balcony
Hotel Bulgari Melnik is located in a picturesque village with hotels, guesthouses and holiday homes built of stone, preserving the local architecture. The breakfast was tasty. There is also a cellar in the basement that can be visited.
Sehr zufrieden.
Zum empfehlen, sehr zufrieden.
La chambre était très confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien. Climatisation et réfrigérateur. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue en face de l'hôtel
The hotel is beautifully located right by the trail to the Rozhen Monastery, and the wine museum in the building’s cellar adds a special charm to the place.
The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with comfortable beds, and the breakfasts were really tasty! One morning we ordered from a menu, and the next we enjoyed very varied buffet.
The staff were very friendly and helpful!
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a downside. The bathroom in our room could be cleaned better.
