Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, Personal deutlich freundlicher und Hilfsbereiter als beim letzten Mal, auch Frühstück besser und abwechslungsreicher als letztes Jahr.
Hier kann man wirklich sagen es hat sich etwas verbessert.
Zimmer sehr schön ruhig, gemütlich.
Leider immer wieder sehr unangenehme Gerüche aus dem Bad, duschen kaum möglich, da es eine Überschwemmung im Bad verursacht und auch das Wasser nicht abläuft.
Pool und Außenbereich wird an manchen Tagen von ganzen Schulklassen regelrecht überrannt, so dass die eigentlichen Hotelgäste überhaupt keine Ruhe und keinen Platz mehr haben.
Wie kann soetwas sein???
Wird hier das Pool etwas zusätzlich an externe Personen wie Schulklassen oder Kindergärten vermietet?
Auf Nachfrage bekommt man nur zur Antwort, dies sei normal in der Hauptsaison.
Es ist natürlich überhaupt nicht normal, dass hier offenbar ganze Busse von externen Personen angekarrt werden, um den Hotelpool und das Restaurant zu besetzen.
Room had a good size
We were very disappointed by this hotel. The hotel is not a three star hotel. The room was not clean at all during our stay and towels were not changed. The shower drainage was not working and the light in the bathroom was going off multiple times while I was having showers. The bed had a hole in it at the edge. We had no WiFi in our room, WiFi was only working at reception and and the restaurant. They served the same food at breakfast during our stay. Air conditioning was not working.
I didn’t really like anything outside of the reception.
The room smelled like old furniture, the walls were cracked and poorly repaired, the AC was so old it turned yellow ( God knows when it was last cleaned ), the bathroom was rusty, the stairs at the pool were also rusty. The bed’s wooden frame was dirty ( it has finger smudges ), the carpet inside the room had an oily foot imprinted on it. We couldn’t sleep there. We had to leave. I just left the keys over there and left. No matter how much you pay, the rooms should be super clean and nothing should be rusty.

Staff did not stop guest jumping to pool or listening to very loud music during night
The pool was nice and the view from our balcony was outstandingly good
The food menu had very little options on it , also the shower door in our room was old and broken
We didn’t get a family room the same as in the picture , it was uglier and smaller in reality.
The way to the beach is hard to walk and is tiring. Communication with the staff is poor .
One night we wanted to eat lunch in the hotel we ordered spaghetti, fries and salad , the luch came after more than an hour , the spaghetti was cold and not fresh the fries were cold too but the salad was a whole different story 70% of the salad’s ingredients were missing , I informed the lady who served us about our complaints , she was in shock and acted as if we were crazy people with no right to complain, and she also added that that night the chef was absent and his son took his place in preparing lunch yet we were charged the full price !
Beside that there were so many small unpleasant situations that happened at the hotel .

The stuff was very cute! Greetings and my appreciation to front desk, the restaurant and the cute old lady in the kitchen! Breakfast was delicious :)
Nice hotel. We had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Also the fridge. It is quite silent in it and outside. Tasty breakfasts.
It wasn't really clean in the room. The air conditioning didn't work.
