Cons:

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment with a living room for a family night stay, but the reality was far from acceptable.
The apartment felt very old and uncared for. Taking a shower was impossible as the water was freezing cold, and the shower hose was completely broken, spraying water in all directions. The bathroom doors are misaligned and scrape heavily against the tiles, making them very hard to shut.
There is also a serious safety issue: when I tried to use the iron, the entire wall socket came loose and fell out of the wall.
Furthermore, the person who greeted us and gave us the keys had a strong, unpleasant smell of alcohol or poor personal hygiene. We would definitely not stay here again.

Pros:

Smeštaj je u potpunosti odgovarao opisu i fotografijama. Apartman je prostran, udoban, čist i opremljen svim sadržajima koji su navedeni. Lokacija je odlična, sve je na dohvat ruke. Domaćin je bio ljubazan, korektan i dostupan za sve što je bilo potrebno. Sve preporuke za ovaj smeštaj!

има много да се желае !
някои бани са много малки,а тези които са големи(в апартамента) са преходни
бойлера капе постоянно.
паркинг има, но трябва да си с бъги.
подматрачните ламели падат ,ако си малко по тежък.

Pros:

Upon our arrival at 4:30 p.m., the room was not ready, and there was no staff member at the reception. We were forced to wait outside in very high temperatures (around 36°C) with a small child and elderly family members.

When we asked for information regarding our check-in, the staff member responded rudely and told us to "watch how we speak." Later, we were refused accommodation and asked to leave the property without being offered any alternative solution or accommodation.

As a result, the service we had booked was not provided, and we were forced to leave the property with a small child and elderly family members. The amount paid for the reservation was refunded to us in cash. This is the worst experience ever and I will advise everyone to be very careful with this place!

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude and beyond this.
