Pros:

The facility was very clean and modern. We had low expectations, knowing that we were about to visit a rather small Bulgarian city. So, overall we were positively surprised.

Cons:

I'd give this hotel 10/10 but there was one serious isue. We couldn't contact anyone through the phone numbers listed outside (we got the number from the waitress the day before as well, so it must've been valid). There was no hotel desk, so no way to contact anyone in case of an emergency.

Pros:

Много любезен персонал,много чиста и приятно ароматизирана стая,общите части също ухаят на чистота.Приятен ресторант с любезен персонал, хубава кухня и нормални цени.

Cons:

Всичко е много хубаво,може би малко ми липсваше,че ресторанта отваря следобед,щеше да ми е приятно сутринта да пия кафе там но не е чак такъв проблем.

A very enjoyable experience!
Pros:

Clean, modern and comfortable room. Located in the centre of Yambol with off street parking.

Cons:

In the morning we had to ask for a hairdryer which was not that easy as there is no reception area.
