A city centre hotel in a very quiet location
Pros:

This small hotel is situated in a very quiet courtyard although it is situated near a busy main road and only some 50m from the nearest metro station. The main shopping and restaurant Vitosha boulevard is a 5-10 minute walk away. A nice breakfast with a menu which you order on check in with the time when you require it. Let the staff know the day before if you need to amend the order or time and they will happily do that.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

La pulizia è stata impeccabile, ogni giorno venivano a cambiare gli asciugamani e a rifare il letto.
Il personaggio è stato molto gentile e cordiale.
La zona in cui è situato l'hotel è comoda per arrivare al centro ed è una zona molto silenziosa, nonostante si trovi a ridosso di una via principale.
Infine, il letto era comodissimo !

Svårt å parkera i kombination med otrevlig personal
Pros:

Väldigt vackert välstädat å bekvämt

Cons:

Oklart var man skulle parkera och receptionen var allt annat än hjälpsam lite snorkig å otrevlig vilket var synd på ett annars bra ställe

Would recommend! Clean and well located
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, room and bathroom were clean, good towels. The hotel is well maintained, doesn't look worn out or anything like that. Also great for sleeping, the surroundings are very quiet.

Cons:

I wouldn't say "didn't like" but pillows could be a bit firmer and breakfast could be a bit better, maybe some fruit?

Mit fähigerem Personal und besserem Frühstück könnte es super sein.

Bis auf eine Person sehr unfreundliches Personal, absolut enttäuschendes Frühstück. Personal hat mehrfach Fehler gemacht (und zB ein falsches Zimmer gegeben) ohne sich anschließend zu entschuldigen. Viele tote Fliegen im Treppenhaus.

Colazione non a buffet .devi ordinare prima e te lo portano a tavola ,cosa non di mio gradimento preferirei il buffet e per vedere per poter scegliere. esempio :scegli formaggio ma non sai che formaggio ti daranno .yogurt non sai che gusto...,. per il prezzo della camera la colazione è una incognita.... invece il cappuccino ed il caffè Illy ottimi

Pros:

Habitación amplia y muy bien ubicado. Desayuno continental a la hora que solicitaras.

Cons:

No había persianas y filtraba luz en la habitación por las mañanas.
