Great place to stay in Sofia.
Pros:

Comfy and spacious rooms which were clean and had great AirCon. Breakfast was great with lots of options and staff were welcoming and happy to help with anything.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Als ich abends vor Mitternacht ins Hotel kam, war die Tür verschlossen. Die angezeigte Telefonnummer ging nicht ran (und das, obwohl ich am Nachmittag gefragt hatte, ob jemand zu Hause sein würde - und die Antwort war ja)... über eine Viertelstunde lang! Schließlich öffnete mir ein Kunde, der durch den Lärm aufmerksam geworden war, die Tür.

Pros:

Die Lage war ideal, in der Nähe der Metro und in einem Hinterhof gelegen, sodass es Nachts schön ruhig war.

Cons:

Leider war der Service nicht allzu gut. Die Angestellten waren sehr bemüht und freundlich, jedoch scheint es ungeschult zu sein. Das Frühstück wurde am Vortag abgefragt. Wir konnten angeben, was wir alles essen wollen und um welche Uhrzeit. Leider haben wir im Endeffekt nur die Hälfte des Frühstücks bekommen, der Angestellte musste mehrfach nachfragen was wir bekommen und wir mussten ca eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten. Dennoch können wir das Hotel empfehlen, es wäre nur wichtig, viel Zeit und Geduld mitzubringen.

Kleine Zimmer und schmuddelig und unfreundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist wie im Zug, man muss am Vortag ein Formular ausfüllen, die Uhrzeit angeben, kommt man zum Frühstück, steht alles bereit, der Kaffee bereits kalt, wie auch das Spiegelei, welches noch dazu im kalten Fett schwimmt. Das Personal ist außerdem auch nicht erfreut und besonders höflich.

Cons:

Im ganzen Zimmer Teppichböden, teilweise fleckig. Das Badezimmer extrem klein, ohne jeglicher Möglichkeit eine Ablage.

Pros:

It’s very clean and very near to the center. Staff is nice especially the lady at the reception that I forgot to ask her name.

Cons:

There are no lift. And in our room the bed is upstairs so it’s always up and down. The breakfast is very limited, and if you told them the time of your breakfast you shoul be there at the exact time or else you will eat your breakfast cold.
